This UPS location is always helpful. All the staff here are extremely nice and helpful. I come here for all my printing and return needs even if it's not necessarily a UPS return.

Absolute insane pricing. I walked in trying to just buy a simple box for a medium sized book since I didn't have any at home. The employee, #211262 on the receipt, didnt catch his name, brings one out and fits my package and asked me if I wanted tape. I said I'm just gonna send it via USPS and he said sure I just meant I could tape it for you.Sounded like a nice offer, and FedEx generally will help pack for free so I said go ahead. He spends 30 seconds horribly taping the box, and then says it is $10.53. $7.40 for a smallish CARDBOARD BOX and $3.13 for his "packing service" of hastily taping and using a box cutter.Note that doesn't include the cost to ship. Needless to say I will never use UPS for shipping supplies again. I expected to pay a slight premium for a box but this was legitimately absurd.Please folks, save yourself the trouble and just buy online. The premium they charge for a box is like a 7:1 ratio. I could have bought 7 boxes and 2 rolls of packing tape for the same price.Last thing, employee #211262 wasnt mean and was quite eager to help. My only suggestion for him and that whole store would be more price transparency up front.

I had my UPS package sent to the store for pickup as I would not be home the next delivery day. I received an email on March 9, 2024 saying that my package had been dropped off at the the UPS location at 6031 E Main St Reynoldsburg, Ohio at 4.25pm and was signed for by Tye. I went to pick up the package on this date but they has already closed for the day. I returned on March 10, 2024 and asked for my package and Tye advised that he did not have any packages from UPS and advised that I should return on Monday. I told him that UPS sent me an email stating that the package had been dropped off and he was the one who had signed for it. He gave me some excuse about how it will always say he signed for the package. I contacted UPS and they advised that the package had been dropped off on March 9, 2024 at 4:25pm. I left the store and returned home, but it did not sit well with me some I contacted Reynoldsburg police and went back to the store to meet them. While at the store I spoke with Tye again and advised home that I would be waiting for Reynoldburg police so they could take a report as the theft of my package would be considered a felony. When I checked my email while at the store a received a message from UPS that I had picked up the package at 12:30pm this date. Tye had went and marked that I had picked up the package. I asked him who would do that to which he replied he didn't do that. I continued to wait for the police. Tye then advised that he could check another place for my package he went to the back of the store on a shelf and started throwing out boxes and it just so happen that my package was behind all of those boxes. (Interesting as it had been delivered less than 24 hours ago). The package was from Christian Louboutin. Please be careful when having packages delivered here and when sending them out. There will be some further investigation on my part about their packages theft.

My mother was into the UPS store on East Main, and was helped by a guy name Ty and she was so thrilled about how he went above and beyond. I am just so grateful that we have people out there that help serve our older generation and make sure that they are well taken care of. I wanted to take the time out to say thank you Ty for helping my mom out. You are amazing and you keep rocking out!! five star!! highly recommend.

Curt, debbie, Ty provided one of the best customer service I have received from a UPS store. They went above and beyond just to get a box to ship my items. They were very patient with me even when I got frustrated.
