Poor customer service:
1. Was told by the guy the notary left and they had no idea when they would return.
2. Was at the self serve printer and told by the lady to go to Office Max. She was also asking me what document I needed notarized which wasn't her business since the notary wasn't there. To her credit she did chime in and state the notary would be 20 minutes.
*I ended up driving to Lewis Center for a stellar experience.

Avoid this place if you can. The worst customer service you can get. Everytime I go to drop off, the worst I expect and more worst experience it becomes than expected

I have no problem returning packages here, most times it goes smooth. But one employee who is tall and bald is always so rude and in a bad mood. He throws the printed tickets on the counter. Just ruins the experience.

I always have a great experience at the Polaris UPS Store. The associates are kind, helpful, and hard-working. They make a mundane errand much more pleasant than expected. Thank you!

Great for quick easy Amazon returns. I typically pop in during lunch and it's always pretty quick.

I went in to return a package I got off of a seller on eBay I give them the address where to send it they ended up sending it back to me I had to go back in and explain to them their mistake and they were just dumbfounded they had no idea what to do. Stay away from this place!!!

The guy couldn’t wait 10 seconds for me to pull up my return code. So he told me to get to the side until I figure it out so he can help the next customer. Took me 15 seconds to pull it up. The customer he took literally spent 20 minutes returning 7 boxes. So I had to wait that extra long because he couldn’t give me 10 seconds to pull up my return code… what a joke.

I guess I’m just one of several many unsatisfied customers. If I had read the reviews I would have skipped this location. Walked in, with a happy disposition as my day is going great and left very disappointed & annoyed at having stopped here. Walked in while another customer was talking to two employees (bald man & curly blonde woman) both clearly available. I cheerfully said hello waiting to be greeted and ushered to whoever… but was ignored while they continued their conversation and then a hand wave, no greeting from the bald guy, but at least he knew I was alive. No customer service at all, finishing his convo and receipt placed down. What a let down to my day! Amazon has several options to return packages & this was the closest but I will bypass this store in the future, especially if you care about the human experience. Wish companies understood the value of customer service because they wouldn’t let these employees represent them if they did. Good luck!

Extremely fast & efficient! Even with 5+ people in line I was in and out in less than 2 minutes around 5PM.

Emailed them something to print off. When I arrived they said I had to use the computer to pull up my email to print it off myself. My passwords to my email are saved. I don’t know any of them off the top of my head and could not print out what I needed. What’s the point of having an email address to send something to if they can’t actually print it off for you when you get there. What a waste of time.
