I'm very impressed with this location. I've never seen a long line get cleared out in less than 2mins?❤️. The team member named Kenny was able to handle three customers at one time. The customer service from Debi and Maleka was absolutely steller❤️. Kayla and Joe came slid in and helped the team in a beautiful way. Would definitely recommend this location for ya shipping needs. Best UPS in Columbus period. If you go anywhere else you might not get a dope experience like this.

Never thought I would be leaving a bad review for a UPS and I doubt they care, but this experience was ridiculous. On more than one occasion I have seen Debbie be short, rude, and have no patience for her customers. Today was the first time it was pointed towards me. Me asking a questions triggered her this morning. She met my question with that is for you to figure out and walking away until I did find the answer on my own. The interaction continued with the same tone. Annoyance that I dare come in there needing any help with a package at a package place. Never had someone be so rude that I had to asked about it.I don't frequent or work at UPS, so I didn't know that questions were not allowed.Either Debbie wanted to get back at me for annoying her or they have insanely expensive boxes, so I suggest bringing your own, especially if you need a bigger sized one. Lucky for me I will get reimbursed.I am not going to say don't go to this UPS, but when you walk in have your stuff together if you get Debbie. She is not having it.

Maleka and Raven provide outstanding service. Always professional, go above and beyond to help me find the most economical way to ship my packages. I just can’t say enough about them. They are the reason I use this location as my ‘go-to’ UPS store.

Gotta change my review from a 5 star. Charging 2$ for a printed label is taking advantage of the people. FedEx charges $0.14 cents per sheet. This store used to charge $1, which even that is reasonable. $2 for a print is exploition imo

Excellent customer service! I’ve seen ACTUAL SMILESI’d like to start by saying being greeted with a smile nowadays is RARE, I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years and within the past few months I’ve seen a change. For 1. It’s staffed2. The employees smile and actually greeted me3. The employees treated me with grace and patience when I couldn’t find my mailbox information.I wish more people behaved this way.Thank you for just being nice
