Went here first thing in the morning (Monday). I was met by a younger lady who was pleasant and willing to explain the buying process. I had a huge basket of Lululemon, Nike, P’tula, Gymshark and True Religion. The Nike apparel was in great condition but that was NOT purchased and nor was the P’tula (local brand). I’m guessing that it’s the demographic for Hilliard, but I could be wrong. I was giving the clothes away no matter what so I won’t complain and they seem to be a smidge better than Plato’s Closet. I do plan on going back so they can donate some clothes to charity on my behalf.

I came to exchange clothes for store credit and 2 of my skirts went missing. I had 2 skirts and one pants, then a blonde cashier let’s me know that none of my clothes were good to exchange but that 2 of my skirts were missing. I was confused but then she goes to call the manager and gives me $10 store credit. She was very dull with her responses and wierd how they came about my missing skirts. Watch out for that store!

As somebody who comes from a small town - we didn’t have places like this growing up & I know my Nana would be throwing a fit knowing she could’ve saved so much money on our school clothes with a place like this! The prices are definitely a little higher than normal thrifting places but obviously they’re higher end brands so it’s expected a bit!
The person who rung me and my friends up were so nice!! Still asked if I’d like to sign up for a rewards account with them despite them closing in 2 minutes and it eased my social anxiety when they responded with “oh honey we still got 2 minutes, don’t you worry about that”. Maybe it was beginner’s luck but it’s going to be so difficult to save my money and keep me out of there now that I know what I’ve been missing ((‘: the inner child in me was losing her marbles

After bring 2 high value sneakers in, I was offered very low offers by the store, And One of the two girls actually said they’ll pay me higher on side while inside the store, They are ripping people off or trying to pocket shoes themselves

Absolutely horrible experience. I brought three large bags of clothes and three pairs of shoes to sell, and I strongly suspect I was racially discriminated against by the two female employees. While sorting my items, they openly mocked me within earshot, making rude comments about how my things were “off-brand” and questioning where I even got them from. Their attitudes were disrespectful and unprofessional. Just because they didn’t recognize certain brands, they assumed everything was low quality. Despite their complaints, they still took a pair of brand-new shoes originally worth over $200 and gave me only $20. I left feeling disrespected and angry. Avoid this place at all costs. Disgusting behavior from staff with clear racial bias.

There's a ton of Shein stuff here, thought this place would have better items.

This place doesn't want to give you much for your items. Had 2 pair of Rock Revival jeans which cost $160 each and they offered $32 cash or $40 in store credit. Jeans were like new. Ridiculous

Loved, loved, loved this location, they had a nice selection of clothing and handbags for woman, the girls doing the buying were awesome and very respectful, and they bought most of my stuff that the other locations acted as if wasn't up to par (a lot was brand new) or by the eye rolls I got when I entered with my clothing totes I was attempting to sell!! By far the friendliest, with the best selections so far compared to Reynoldsburg or Sawmill. This will be my go to store from now on due to having the best experience by far at Westpointe!! You girls rock! 🥰

I went to drop off a bunch of old clothes of mine that don’t fit anymore as I’ve lost 40 lbs this year… apparently they have a 2 bag limit, which is ridiculous. I’ll sell my stuff somewhere else.

A little disappointed, i have visited this location a few times but after seeing a TJ max tag on a pair of pants for 15.99, and UC only bringing it down $2, it should have been a red flag. Not only that, but the tap to pay for Mastercards means that apparently your physical card has to be present? I’m not sure why that’s the case though, because I’ve definitely used my Apple Card here before. (Tap to pay style as well, with no troubles). Oh well, time to go to the other location I guess.
**response to UC reply**
Understandably I get you want to pay out your sellers as much as you can, but seeing the amount of clothes stuffing your shelves and falling on the floor, it might be best to even have more sales? (The clothes on the floor are inevitable when they can’t fit) But again, please get your card machine fixed. I had no issues in Dublin using tap to pay. I think I was just mostly upset because I feel like I had been in there for almost an hour scouring through the clothes to be told my phones Tap to Pay wouldn’t be good.
