Come here to shop but probably not to sell! The variety and quality of clothes sold here are great. I spent a long time here and there was still plenty to see. However, if you have brand name items you’re wanting a decent price for, this might not be the spot. They took two items - a crop top and brand new, with tags, Lulu dress selling online for $100 - and they offered $7 for both? They are very picky, which is probably why the clothes there are all great. The ladies working there were super sweet.

Expensive and customer service is terrible except Chavonna I think that's her name pretty thick black woman with natural hair. Only person that was courteous. I'm old we used to greet people walking in ask if they needed assistance with anything then once they're done ask if they found everything OK. There should always be someone on the floor keeping the store together and checking on people. But they're all behind the counter giggling doing nothing.

Store was nice and clean. Great selection and well organized. With that said, I do have to share that if you’re going to this place to get a good deal, I would strongly urge you to do your research first. It was my first time visiting today and was hoping to snag some good deals on some gently used clothes. The first item I found was a gently used pair of pink Nikes. Uptown wanted $70 for these. I found them on Macys site for $76 BRAND NEW!!! Next, I found an Ugg sweater for $50. Went to the website and found the same one for $78. Again, brand new. And finally, found a Northface jacket marked for $40 but was online for $75. While I understand you’re saving $10-15, it’s still used!!!I don’t understand how places like this pay under $5 for these items and try to sell them for close to what you can buy brand new in the stores. I’ll continue finding these same deals at Volunteers Of America for more reasonable prices. ??

Clean store with a great selection. The sweetest lady checked us out. We bought thirteen items for $150. They have markdown stamps for 20-40% off so watch for the deals. They are bag-free so take your own bags. Or just walk out with a stack like we did because our bag wasn’t big enough!

Good little store. I have a thing with wearing the same outfit too many times so it’s good to be able to go to a store who appreciates stuff I don’t normally wear anymore. They pay a decent amount for the quality items you have. The few times I have stopped by 9 times out of 10 they buy the stuff I bring in & it sure beats throwing away clothes that maybe just sit in your closet, they put some extra cash in your pocket.

I was a regular seller/ shopper but my view of UC is tainted by the way I'm treated by the employees.

Employees are rude and unhelpful. You will not be treated as a customer should every time you go in there.

If you’re looking to sell clothes, don’t waste your time. I understand they have a process and don’t take things “out of season”, however, as I was browsing the store, waiting, I saw items that were all tacky, dirty, and out of season. On top of that, the staff was sub par and kind of rude, especially to a first time seller. It was a confusing set up, I’ve had way better experiences at Platos Closet in the past.

I came into the store last night to sell my clothes to this location. I came in after 7p. I did not know the rule that you couldn’t sell within an hour before close. I was told to come back another day before 7p. So I came back today, walked in at 6:15p…..almost 2 hours before close and was turned away within one foot in the door from 2 employees standing towards the front. I told them how I brought these in yesterday and wasn’t helped so what are the hours you can sell clothes? The girl answered and said between 10a-7p. I said isn’t it only 6 something? She laughed and turned her head away from me and then the male employee turned and told me they stop accepting clothes at 4:10p. So call ahead before dropping off clothes. Employees just make up their own buying times if they don’t feel like putting in the effort.
