I've been a US bank customer for almost 20yrs & have had a mostly positive experience with the company & it's many branches (mainly from the Northside & downtown). This location I've used over the past 13-14yrs & usually can get in & out fairly quickly but post-pandemic many things have changed (including management & staff) so sometimes it's a little inconvenient for the drive-thru window wait time (so I usually opt for inside) but I dearly miss my location & staff off of Brice Rd that closed in April of 2021 so I have to travel a bit to get this one being visually impaired that can be problematic but overall still good customer service & support...you have to be a little patient as MANY places have changed policies & procedures because of hours & staff being cut due to increasing autonomous technology in the form of self service via A.I. ...but continue the great work as one of the better banking companies (I was a National City customer prior to the PNC change & they along w/ BankOne now Chase Bank are horrible being affiliated w/ J.P. Morgan ownership) I also banked w/ KeyBank which I enjoyed but the quality has diminished over the years which is a bit sad for the Dayton, OH community & I like to support local but U.S. Bank has been my #1 partnership

Go to another branch. Always understaffed. The workers seem miserable and act like they would prefer you go to another branch and you wait in line for way too long.

Recommend going to a different branch... This one always takes forever and even the simplest things they say require an appointment. They also tend to ignore you if you don't have an appointment (even if they aren't helping anyone at that moment).

First went into chase to get my business account set up and was told it was too busy and to try another day. Ended up coming into US Bank and I had the pleasure of getting George to help me set up my account. Went above and beyond spending 2 hours to make sure every detail was correct. Happy to be a new customer

You can have over a million in accounts banking with them and they still won’t let you use their restroom. Considering switching to Huntington where they treat you like a worthy human.

The ease of the app is what keeps me at US Bank. Location hours are never right and customer service is lacking.

Older lady seemed like she was forced to be there . Need to be more positive when helping customers .

Today I requested Money Order & Cashier Check pricing and the teller asked if I had an account and "yes" was the answer. In the past this service was free of charge, today a $5 Money Order is a $5 service charge, or a $5 Cashier's Check is a $10 service charge. I proceeded to drive the .3 miles to Chase Bank where they gladly produced a $5 Cashier's Check free of service charges. As I look back a few months ago and now recall, I was going to be charged $10 to notarize a document, which also used to be free of charge. I refused to pay and asked them to destroy the notarized document. The person then offered to not charge for the notarization but for such a change, I would have expected some sort of notification. I will be closing my 3 US Bank accounts (1 business account included).

Went into here because my magnet stripe is broke on my card and I need my money I have kids and bills , the teller (the white man) refused to withdrawal my money and was very rude and unhelpful . Wasted my time and made it very inconvenient for me to handle the rest of my business . After calling customer service on my card they informed me the only way I can access my funds is to go into the bank as I knew previously . Hire more tellers that want to work .

The drive-through is very slow and only one lane open. The cars are out on the street. I felt like someone was going to rear end me. I don’t think the situation is safe.

I would rather deal with US Bank, than any of those other big branch banks. They have a sort of small home town feel to them.

Been with this bank for 10 years plus. However, the last straw was when a charge came in that wasn't mine. Try to explain the situation. At this branch no one was listening. I've never been so frustrated in my life. Went to the other branch on S. Hamilton road, explain the situation within minutes the Branch Assistant Manager cleared up the situation. I try my best not to go to this location if I can.
