Slow slow slow. The worst branch I have ever been at. 30 minutes at drive-up window and one 1 car in front of me. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I had low expectations for this location and they couldn’t even reach them. Rude staff “Jerome”, beyond slow service, and to make matters worse they make excuses about being understaffed. It’s the worst run location in the US. Made me want to cancel all my accounts. I blame leadership starting with Regional Manager

this is the absolute worst bank branch in the history of banking. Every other location in Columbus, for the last 20 years, has taken 5 minutes or less. The one closest to me closed, so I have been here the last 3 visits, and I am in line for 20-45 minutes every single time.There were also 2 safety concerns the last time I was there. immediately some guy approaches every car as they enter and is running some sort of debit card scam and trying to get in peoples cars. There was also a random sketchy van, with someone sitting inside of it, just watching everyone in line. I was worried the van was scoping the place out, or watching people who take money out to follow and rob, or maybe with the first guy pulling the scam. Incredible that the bank let this go on the entire 45 minutes i spent in line.

us bank should look at this branch northern lights due to high traffic less staffed. Coming this branch is like getting stuck Atlanta traffic jam(afternoon rush hours).
