This is the worst bank in Columbus Ohio I went there stood in line for 30 minutes to get helped still never received help all I wanted to do is make a deposit to take some money out I just left and went to another bank they need to shut that bank down or get a new manager

They have no love for their customers. I would change banks if it was my choice. I'm charged fees for everything I need done in banking. Those with disabilities get no help. I have difficulty walking and I use a Walker. When I fell everyone. Acted like they didn't see anything. I know the customers didn't want to say anything cos it would slow the banking down as bad as it was..Michael Nickerson

I have business and personal accounts with them I asked cash to today and I have ticket flights The manager told me you have pre order atleast a month he is very rude.He Isaid Idon't trust you I don't know why he don't trust me.Thats my money I don't wait until he trust me.Iam on the way to close my account

Very unhelpful staff and I’m not even a customer they say there and took my money and wasted my time I am not a customer I wonder how they treat there customer ridiculous them taking my money during this pandemic and making me wait a weak to see if they can do anything I want to speak to the owner this is beyond unacceptable.

Went to drive thru and at 2:30 pm was closed. Went inside one teller 12 people and manager on cell phone playing games. Could he not step in? Closed drive thru do to lack of staff really?
