This place is horrible!!! Go there on a Wednesday at 1030 am , no drive thru open 6 people in line and only 1 teller working. Branch manager is so rude and very disrespectful. Only bright side to this location is Tamika she is great!

Bank overall has terrible customer service, is extremely slow, & refused to replace a $5 bill that was ran over with a lawnmower… Rafaela Ohly should be fired & I highly recommend you take your banking needs to better trained locations.

I have been a customer of US bank for about 17 years. At this branch Kudos to Tamiko - she is consistently one of the best tellers/customer service reps I have encountered in banking! I have also encountered some amazing personal bankers and managers at this location - sadly as of to date they have moved on.
