This branch is unbelievably bad. The branch manager here (Christopher Hunt) told us he had to place a three day hold on a large check we deposited (that's pretty typical of any bank) however when the 3 days were up, we found no money in the account. We called to find he had placed a 14 day hold without any notification. We were obviously upset so we called and were told it would be a few hours to fix this and he couldn'tgive us a legitimate reason as to why. After hours passed with nothing, we went into the branch. We met with Christopher in person who was rude, raised his voice at us and also laughed when I told him we had no money for food without the money we were waiting for. He actually snickered at us. When we told him we would be filing a complaint he smiled and said he was the branch manager so we had no one to complain to. Wildly inappropriate behavior. I think its cruel to laugh at a family when they express concern for lack of food due to a hold on their money. I've filed with the BBB as well as the Federal Reserve complaint system. Do NOT use this branch. It's manager is an arrogant, cold human being. Worst experience ever with a bank

This is the slowest US Bank I have ever visited. Everytime it's like there's no urgency for customer's time. Not one other customer here, I only wanted to deposit a USBank check into my checking account. It should clear in full, immediately, but instead only $100 cleared. Now I can't pay my babysitter in full. Thanks a lot US Bank.

US bank's corporate office has displayed utter incompetence and lack of regard for common sense. Time to take my business elsewhere. The branch at Meijer's in Lewis center is wonderful but the Worthington hills branch is a joke.

I had a serious banking issue that needed to be handled and I got the run around from one of the banks that are in a grocery store. I was livid and frustrated to no end when I tried one more time but at a full fledged bank and not the kiosk (thats how I feel they are and act in the grocery store) The personal banker calmed me down and did his utmost to help me rectify the situation. And he did!!!! I was so happy I cried. Since then I have gone back a few times (the construction on 315 makes it a chore to get there now) and have never had any problems with any of the employees (unlike that kiosk!)

This is the best bank, I feel like I live in a small town when I walk in because they treat me so well. Becky, the head teller is so nice, knows me by sight and always asks about my little girl. They never hassle me or give me problems. A tad on the slow side if you are in the drive thru, but I appreciate being treated like a person not a number.
