I suppose the negative reviews stem from the unreliability inherent in the bureaucratic dysfunction of the USPS.
Otherwise, this particular location is the bees knees. In terms of customer service, they knock it out of the park. And unfortunately, I don’t recall the customer service rep’s name (will edit when I find out), but he delivers service you can’t find in places you might expect have quality service. Nobody tips, practically no one is nice to workers in this sector, but he offers a smile and pleasant
conversation when applicable. I’d choose this location over any in Cbus just for the ease of transactions alone.

They never answer the phone. NEVER. Have 5 cases opened just to get my mail delivered. Did a change of address in Feb.Someone dropped off a tub of forwarded mail a week later, and I haven’t received any mail since. I have not been able to drive since the end of February because they refuse to bring me my mail that has my new registration in it. This is truly ridiculous. Now about to have a 6th open case on this office. What is going on here? Taxpayers fund this office - and yet I can’t even get my mail?! You know where I live, someone dropped off a case of old mail - SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE?!!!!

It may be time to close this office. 80% of the time I stop to get my mail from a prepaid PObox the door's are locked. You could at least leave the door unlocked so people that paid to get mail can actually get their mail. I get it the guy deserves to be able to eat but the lobby could still be open by simply placing the products behind the counter or a vending machine and allowing us to our POboxes for fuc sakes!

I gave 5 stars because the guy who works here was so nice. He explained to me that this is not an actual post office it's a "financial office". You can only ship packages and buy stamps here. Anything that has to do with actual mail delivery or mail carrier issues you have to go to the Twin Rivers office (on the side of the building where hold mail is picked up). BTW, if you're sending out an overnight package the cut off time is 4:55 p.m. the same time as Twin Rivers post office. Even though Twin Rivers is open until 6:00 p.m.(not 7pm as advertised) the overnight cut off time is 4:55.Also, I just read a lot of the reviews on this post office regarding mail not being delivered. I am in the same situation. Informed delivery says I have mail every day but I rarely receive it. Sometimes it gets returned to Sender with the reason 'address unknown '. If my address was unknown then why do I sometimes I get mail?UGH..... But this situation falls upon the Twin Rivers post office not with this place, because it is not a real post office, it's basically just a retail store.

Have had several call with them the last week about an expensive list package. Apparently every post office in Columbus hasn’t had power in the past week…

I drop mail two weeks ago outside mailbox but haven’t got to where suppose go. I am assuming they don’t check outside mailbox at all. It’s was a mistake going there. Now it’s going to cost me late fee.

Employees are nice and honest. I have waited 4 weeks now for my mailbox key and am being told that they have no one currently hired to do it and that tonsss of people are waiting for their key for months now. I went and spoke to the manager, Rich, who said he would have my key ready for me and it was never ready. Also the phone number to reach him has a full Voice-mail box and he never answers. I was also told their is no way for me to recieve my mail while I wait.

Never any accountability at the post office. Incredibly inefficient. The USPS really just needs to shut down already so we can get our mail through dependable services
