They steal your stuff out of your package, or just the whole package. I have bought some precious metals, last time it was redirected around the world and I never got it. This time there was only one thing missing, but it was worth $3600. Nice little hole on the inside package, and outside package taped up to look like nothing happened. The package arrived at the facility at 3:44am. Left the facility at 4:15am. Returned to the facility at 5:45am. Went out for delivery at 6:10am. Nothing suspicious about that, right?

Stopped by this morning to mail a package and some letter. I was in & out quickly and the lady that helped me was perfectly lovely.

Why are they even open? They don’t answer the phones no nothing. This is so annoying. Just close this location before somebody get hurt

Candy, the clerk I usually see at this location, is terrific. She is friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable. I would give this 5 stars were it not for the hour-long closing, but that is due to cuts at the top, not to the local staff.

Might be the worst post office I’ve ever been to. I live right around the corner and they have disappointed me over, and over again.
Every single time I’ve come to the lobby to mail something there has been a line and only one person working.
Today I have been waiting for about 30 minutes now and I’m 4th in line. This place is absolutely terrible.
I’m only here today because UPS transferred a package of mine to USPS and the tracking hasn’t updated in almost two weeks. Pretty sure my package is just sitting here in the back of the post office.
Wish I could somehow request a different post office. Don’t go here.

Literally the worst USPS location I've ever been to. Even though the sign clearly says the lobby is open at 6A to access Boxes (No reason it shouldn't be 24/7) they just kind of open it whenever they get around to it. 7. 8:30. You never know.

Some mail carriers for 43207 area walking through yard ( grass leaves a path), there's a sign on mail box that states - Please Stay Off Grass, Thank You!!

The little girl behind the desk working at 1pm on 06-17-24 has to be on drugs. I walk in her shirt twisted up, & she smell like weed & had a real bad attitude started cussing the guy out infront of me than went off on me for asking questions smh this location the dumpster.

The lady working in the lobby today was hands down the nicest and most helpful USPS employee I have ever interacted with. She went out of her way to make sure I was doing the best thing for getting my wedding invites out and even offered to help me fix 80 envelopes I had issues with.
