Mail in my neighborhood doesn’t run for either 2-3 days or a whole week at a time. It’s ridiculous. And when it runs, it can run as late at 8-9pm. They need to do better and answer the phone!

Ive had no problems with this location. Friendly and knowledgeable.. I have been in numerus times with no problem. And the mail carriers are also pleasant.

Literally always skipping my street. Multiple times a week. I have the digest, so I know when something is coming, and am home with my kid all day and won't see them come down my block. I'll see them in the neighborhood, but they still skip my road. It's especially agitating when I know to expect something.

Seems like every single week the mail carriers skip my street. I'm in a small neighborhood. I have the daily digest so I know when I have mail coming, I'm home all day with my kid, and commonly I'll see the van in the neighborhood, but they'll skip my block completely. This is the fourth time it's happened since the end of February. Usually if I have a package coming, they'll deliver a day or even more after I get the notification that I have a package being delivered on that day. It's ridiculous.

They will scan your package and keep it for themselves if it's useful for them.. I pulled up on this young man asking why did u scan my package like u put it at my house he said where an said my address out of the whole neighborhood how I dnt know.. but they at least should take a pic showing where they left your package..but I filed an appealed claims and it shows they delivered it to the wrong address the supervisor said .. which I think they stole it but if u know u delivered it to the wrong address how an why can't y'all reimburse me? Have to take them to court because they scammers.. update they denied me even though on record they delivered it to the wrong address is crazy and now yesterday I didn't get any mail again and they said they dropped my other package off at 2.15 when I've been wait for tax money to come that day so another lie they tell what a post office joke.. they need to be investigated..

We haven't received mail in over 4 days. USPS tells us to reach out to the local office but they never answer the phone.

This Post office needs to do better!!! With such bad reviews, I wonder even if they care. My packages always get lost and never get delivered to me on time. I have to keep calling and no one answers. So ends up wasting my time to drive there. They need better management!!!

I get it, jobs suck but the people who work here are miserable and mean and take it out on customers. I asked a question about voter registration (it’s on the website that they can update it) and the person working goes “does this this look like a place you vote at?”
Obviously not? I was just asking like ok dang I’ll just do it on the website. No reason for that ??

Paid 30$ 3 weeks ago for a key and asked to hold a very important package for my home business and they have failed me again! For 8 days in a row I've come in talked to multiple people and put in request all the right way only to receive zero help and support. I expect more from the federal post reserve.

Whoever their delivery drivers are have been stealing packages (mark as delivered and never showing up.) I've been home both times so it's not someone taking them from my porch. They claim that they are "scanned to the area" but we know they do this to meet quotas. This is the third time this happened in a few months. Be weary of your packages if you live in this area because their drivers will deliver your mail to someone else's or you just will never receive your stuff. Seeing previous reviews validates im not the only one.

I just recently sent out a package from this location, the employees said the reviews here are old, they have upgraded their services. & from my experience, I really like this post office! ?

The opening times on the door are diffrent then the ones on line on the website. On the doors at the post Office says it opens at 6 AM and on the website shows at 9 AM confusing.

If you’re looking for honest postal workers to deliver your mail , please get your packages and mail from another location. My pair of shoes were stolen on October 2,2023 by one of their postal workers ( who’s still working ). This postal worker marked my package as picked up from this location after hours , when confronted with this lie he then said it was an accident. Government employees stealing packages from hard working citizens. It’s a shame we can’t even trust the postal service to deliver mail/packages. The managers at this location also don’t care about this incident I’m out of a pair of shoes and my money . EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE !
