Now I understand what everyone is saying here; I came once at 4:45pm - they were already closed. Went in the morning, came at 10:05am!!! And they were closed! Wth, where are the workers??? Especially during tax season, how are students supposed to sent out taxes if workers are never there during work hours

Their servers are lazy. The open hours on the door say 9am to 5am only on weekdays. But they sometimes open late and often have a lunch break closed until 2:30.
