If I could I give 0 stars it’s been two days since mailman has ran here I was supposed to get an important piece of mail today but again mailman has failed to delivery here and most of the time they’ll put my mail in the wrong box so important mail I don’t get this is getting ridiculous

They're very slow, but they give me an impression. They don't know what they're doing. I go there and they say they'd be back from lunch at a certain hour on the door and I'm there late. An hour hour later and no one is still there.
This office sucks.

I don't know what's wrong with this post office on West broad Street they do not deliver your mail when they're supposed to does post office needs new workers they are lazy workers and do not send your mail out like they're supposed to the mail carrier throws my mail in my chair on my porch and not in my mailbox who does that really unprofessionally mail carriers we really need new people working at this post office they all need to be fired

Had no clue what I was doing when it came to shipping out an Xbox but an employee in there named Curt was super helpful! Helped me figure out which box and shipping method to use and was extremely patient with me while I figured out what I was doing. Thank you again to him!!

A senior woman that works here is very slow. Not only is she terribly slow she has a bad attitude. How does someone like this have a job? Another thing, they closed between 1-2pm but no one is there until 2:15-2:30. The same lady smh

The delivery person refuses to give us our mail. They either completely ignore us or we have to chase them down and demand to be handed or mail and packages. There the delivery people cannot do the basic job

The woman working the counter helped me unpackage and repackage my formula I was shipping saving me a lot of money. Excellent service!!

Horrible post office. My mail is repeatedly delivered to the wrong address. Other times they claim to not have access to our mailbox, which is inside a building with an UNLOCKED door. Curt at the post office told me to drive to another location to talk to a supervisor or pay for a PO box. Really? Close this location, they are getting paid for do nothing.

Was here at 9:10am on Saturday, this place was supposed to open at 9am but still closed. Waited outside for about 10 minutes still closed. Went to Hilliard instead.

a lot of my mail is missing, sometimes they put it in the neighbor's boxes important mail isstill missing,something needs to be done about such bad service !!!
