Drove here because my post office on Broad didn’t have stamps. This location didnt take cash- the worker said “today.” It is Saturday morning. Why don’t you have a cash register? Not everyone has a debit card.

I'm getting really sick and tired of usps workers constantly delivering me damaged packages. What's the point of paying for shipping and handling if your gonna handle my packages with absolutely no regard to what's inside? The fact that you people find it acceptable to literally throw people's packages around like nothing is pathetic. How would you guys like to receive something you paid out of your own pocket for just to have to replace it right away because the people delivering it give zero care? No wonder a majority of the population hates usps.

Back in 2020, they LOST my 2020 presidential mail in ballot (dropped off at the mailbox on USPS property). Therefore, I take all of my mail and hand deliver it to the clerk to be sure it's been received. Today, I arrive at 8:00am (opening time) only to find they won't open this morning due to them being short-staffed. Not only that, but there are signs stating they are out of stamps! A post office, out of stamps. Seriously.

Holy cow, this branch needs more help! It's Christmas, so I had it coming, but my goodness, the line and the wait. Took me 40 minutes to mail my packages. I would have happily used the self serve shipping kiosk there, but it was broken and out of service. A bright spot for this beleaguered visit was when the postal worker announced very loudly : IF YOU ARE IN LINE FOR STAMPS, WE ONLY HAVE ONES WITH MENORAHS LEFT!

Ghetto. Just ghetto. Absolutely the worst customer service. The light skin/mixed race woman with hazel eyes who sounds like she smokes a pack of black n milds during every break has a nasty attitude and needs to have a non customer facing position. I asked a simple question about shipping and she rolled her eyes and told it was not her job as a USPS office clerk to answer questions about shipping with USPS . Post office jobs should be automated and companies should really stop requiring customers to go through them to handle returns so that people do not have to deal to unprofessional people like the ones in this office who cannot do their extremely simple jobs. It hard to want to support our struggling postal service when the people that represent the are so awful to deal with.

This location was a breeze when I went in for my passport appointment. The staff were really nice, efficient and professional. No wait time and they were quick!!

I gave it five stars because I want it to get FUNDING!!! The postal service is NEEDED AND WANTED. HOWEVER I strongly STRONGLY advise revision of the hours listed to say five to ten minutes BEFORE these times because if you go in right under the eye THEY WILL BE CLOSED!!! ????

Poor customer service, packages don't get scanned, and deliveries are always late.

It's nice and easy to just use the self service kiosk. It's open 24/7 and every time I've went, its never been busy.

EDIT: I went to the post office in person to get an inquiry resolved because I called 10 times in a row and no one answered. The good news is though, the person there actually helped me and the next day the postal carrier had conveniently found and correctly delivered my package. My carrier from this location must be a literal 11 year old because that’s the only way i can think to justify how bad they are. They’ve given several of my packages and some important mail from the social security administration to my neighbors. I think they probably also have stolen some packages. Every time I check my mail I have a bunch of stuff for other peoples addresses, sometimes it’s not even the right street. They’re literal trash and have ruined my day and caused me horrible inconvenience so many times and every time I try to file a service request it gets blatantly ignored. I was sent a gift through international mail over Christmas and have opened and reopened service requests several times and never got my package or found out what happened to it. Messing up the mail this badly should be criminal.

Bexley's post office was very busy. I supposed it was because it was the day before valentine's day. It may be because of how close to the closing time it was. Whatever the busy hour was, it would have been nice to have friendly, smiling customer service from the staff working.

This location is awful, especially when it comes to the carriers they put the wrong people's mail in other people's mailboxes, lost packages by scanning delivered which isn’t, or scan them and put them in the wrong mailbox. They have no compassion or care about their mistake but would give you attitude and complain about needing help. I’m a nurse you don’t see me complaining when the hospital short staff and I’m refusing to help. Zero stars if available...

post office lost my mom's very important document that worth of $540 from immigration. we called them many times but no one can ready help us, all they just said wait for us for 3 days to call you, but we end up we are the one callinv them. the last peroson we spoke told us that we should file a claim which is we did. after for many days waiting for to response us they sent us a letter that they denied our claim. they said that they delivered the mail. we are not going to complain and file a claim if we just did actually receive the mail, but we did not. So now we have to pay another $540 for my mom just to keep her or be legal to stay with us. What a sad and waste of money. $540 is lot of money and you post office should be responsible to pay the other $540 for my mom's document.
