I dropped my package off to this post office February 17. I told the rude African lady that’s always in there. I had an issue with the same package that I had them Send on February 13 it was refused for some reason I asked a lady can I get a tracking number she said no or I have to pay an extra five dollars. She was very rude about it. I told her that I will pay the extra five dollars I just need a tracking number, she didn’t show me what she was typing in or anything for me to just check it was being sent to the correct address. She told me that my Will get the package on February 20 when I tracked it on February 20. It was in a whole Nother state. My friend is also in Columbus Ohio why is it in Massachusetts every time I come in that store that lady is very rude. Customer service has been very My friend has yet to receive the package It is now March 7. I’ve been tracking the package. It’s been in the same spot since February 24 my package has not made any movements Is very frustrating because my friend needs that package and I spent money nobody has yet reimburse me it is very frustrating. When I contact customer service I keep getting the runaround. I would never go back to this USPS Store I will always ship my Packages with UPS instead even though they’re Expensive they are reliable and the lady at the USPS store needs to be gone. Her attitude is horrible. I understand she’s frustrated because she’s always the only one working. In the store, but her customer service needs to be a lot better

Worst post office in Ohio I recently moved from Columbus. I’ve had packages delivered to my old address. Can’t gain access to them because I no longer have the keys and I’m not driving 4 hours for mail. I’ve contacted them 3 separate times and called at least 10. 1st time I called an extremely rude woman answered the phone cut me off as I was explaining the situation said she just needed to know my old address and she’d get it fixed. Surprise surprise she never called me. I call back a few days later (Today) and call 5 more times before someone finally picks up the phone. A different lady answers this time and as I’m explaining the situation she hangs up on me she must have figured they close in an hour and this would take entirely to much time for her to pretend to care about. This place has the worst staff of any business. We also had issues getting are keys when we first moved to Columbus they made it an absolute nightmare for us. I not sure what the steps are to get this place closed but from the looks of the other reviews it needs to be. F this place.

The person or people that work here are straight up vile. Never available during open hours, no matter how much you come back and knock on door. Have seen multiple other tenants from other apartments buildings unable to get their mail key.

I've own a commercial building for nearly 5 months and have only received my mail ONCE. I am located about 2 blocks from this place on Broad street.I have a HUGE mail box affixed to the front of my building and have made several complaints. But reading these reviews have me stunned. How is this post office not UNDER REVIEW????? They clearly have a pattern and are not being reprimanded. Therefor they will continue this behavior. This is sad and here I am can not recieve my credit cards or nothing because they are sending ALL MY MAIL BACK. UGHHHHHH

Not open when they say they are, gave me the key for the wrong postal box, don't think service could really get worse than this.Update: if I could give this place negative stars, I would. They told me the keys were done again but now they can't find them.

NO MAIL DELIVERY AT ALL!!! THERE WAS NO HOLIDAY. This location is HORRIBLE!! -0 RATING I was told that my package was out for delivery... Then it said delivery was ATTEMPTED. Yeah ok. Somebody is lying!!

This place is like a prison and the African woman is so rude she opens this steel door not with hi can I help you but what do you want I’m like what hold up then proceeds to tell me I’m lucky they’re changing locks today I’m still like what and she was serious

Not only was my package not delivered even though I was home when they lied and said that they attempted to deliver it, I received a note to go to a different post office then was told I had to come to this post office and this post office isn't even open when it's supposed to be open and their line is busy and they're not answering.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. Show up in person and they’re as rude as can possibly be and if you try to call they don’t even have a chance to be rude because they leave their phone off the hook so they don’t have to deal with people. It’s too bad we’re forced to use a service that is this horrible with no other options. Everybody in that building needs fired! Alex on broad is the only person that has ever been helpful and polite in my experience and he should be running the place!

Had an issue where I needed a po box after explaining to the staff member she told me she don't know what to tell me it's not her problem they are very rude the need to hire a better staff that actually wants to work and help people because they are the worst I will never go to this post office again you gets no help from them at all

Mailed two bills with moneyorder payments in the mailbox beside Tim Hortons on Robinwood October 10, 2021.They were never delivered, so I filed an online complaint with USPS, and I never received a response. I believe the mail was stolen from within the post office.Went to the Robinwood post office location November 2, 2021, and was told by a female (after ringing bell) that her supervisor didn't respond to my inquiry because there is nothing that can be done for first class mail.She suggested I stop pay on the moneyorders, and I could file a complaint with the postmaster general.She also said they have not had a theft problem with that mailbox. Which after reading these reviews is not accurate.

Been calling since 3 pm. Every 2 mins because I knew something was fishy. These ppl let the telephone ring busy so they do hv to answer the ppl that's paying their bills. Str8 BS!!!!

The worst ever. Was told I can put a hold on my mail. Yet my mail was still delivered to my house. Which is vacant right now due to remodel. They then supposedly sent my ID back to bmv. Which they never got so now I have to fork out an additional 26 dollars for a replacement because of them.

Poor service say they attempt to deliver a package but dont because there to lazy to work on a sunday said they left a notice also but after reviewing my security cameras for the previous 12hrs it showed they never did really try to deliver my package.
