This is the WORST Post Office in Columbus! They repeatedly lose packages and are useless to help. The bearded stoner working the desk is rude and advised that "sometimes packages get eaten". Marvin Scott (supervisor) thought calling me "young man" was a good opener when I asked to speak to a Supervisor. Two Supervisors never returned followed up about my lost package. When asked to speak to Joe Coles, I was told "he won't see you". Usless!

Wish I could give 0 stars- this post office is so incredibly rude. Staff is heinous. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely. Didn’t catch the passport agents name, but she had dirty blonde hair. I made an appointment online to get my passport and the agent refused to see me even after showing her my confirmation email. I was 10 minutes early, and had all of the documents in hand that were specified online. When I asked to make a new appointment she was annoyed && incredibly rude. Wouldn’t recommend going here for passport needs, just get it online. Not worth the hassle.

The worst customer service in a USPS office that I have ever had. Employee was extremely rude, showed signs of prejudice, and never let us actually explain the problem. Guess what? She made a mistake, she was not respectful, and never apologized. Brought our packeges out without looking in our faces. I am pretty concerned about this USPS location. If you dont wanna do your job, there are plenty of people that would like it.

Literally the worst USPS I have ever had. Most anything that isn't a letter they won't deliver and leave no notice to pick it up.

I usually go to another Post office but I had to use this location. My experience with Clerk #4 was unpleasant and unprofessional. She does not communicate clearly and she blames issue with my card. She even had a nerve to blame me if I have activated my credit card. Have I made a rude comment for her unprofessional, incompetent of her credit card process? This clerk does not understand in order to process credit card with chip, it has to make 3 chip charge attempts before swipe credit card. Anyway, she does not have basic knowledge of credit card and unprofessional in taking care of customer.

I would say that exactly half of my packages never get delivered and they end up here. I try to get them delivered but without notice they return it to sender. I shouldn’t have to pay for the experience of delivery and end up still getting on a bus to go pick up my product.

Over 6 months ago I had a precious lost package and a gentleman helped me find it. I cannot remember his name but he was thorough and seemed to care! I also recently applied for my passport and Brandy, I believe is her name, was ammmaazzzing. She helped me so much! I was unprepared and she lead me into the right direction! I also applied for expedited processing/shipping. I applied about 3 weeks ago and received it in hand today! Pretty amazed!

Impossible to get in contact with the postmaster. I've called multiple times a day, multiple times a week for the last 3 weeks as well as stopped into that location. In order to get mailbox assignments approved for a new development the postmaster for this location needs to review, approve and make the address to mailbox assignments. There's no way to leave a VM, no one answers and when I left my contact info in person, no one followed up.

Great experience! Brandy helped me out with my passport and gave me some advice on the order to do things. Only thing is try to fill out the application before your appointment and it'll move much smoother! Another woman helped me too with sending my package and was very efficient. Thanks USPS employees!

Mile long line on arrival...not moving. Three OWAA ladies behind counter, chatting and LOUD. Went back to my car. Waited 20 mins.Came back. Line longer, same people still in line plus some. AA females all on break or something. Left in disgust. Terrible service.
