I have never been racist but the lady who works here just because she doesn't speak English well and doesn't understand all the words acts racist and tells you that she won't serve you and even threatens to call the police if you don't leave just because I told her. that I was going to pay for the shipping service and it was a crazy attitude that she was taking regretfully

Ratched post office. I've stopped here during normal business hours and they've been closed before. When I schedule online pickups they dont always get picked up even though my mail is delivered, so I started just taking them in myself at a different post office because it's not worth the gamble whether or not my packages are going to get picked up, then today, I get a letter in my mailbox "sorry we missed you" and I have to go to the post office to get my item. I was literally home. He didn't even attempt to get a signature. Apparently I'm asking for too much, but I'm not sure why these people can't just literally do their jobs.

Usually one employee so expect a long line. They will take their lunch break and close the store so come outside of the 30-60 minutes bracketing their posted hours.

Absolute garbage. Tried to visit to get my keys. Got there at 5:10 and they close at 5:30. They were already closed up and nobody would help me at all.

Where do I start. I always have to go to the annex to get my packages because they are never at this location where there is supposed to be a key in my PO Box. When I look at informed delivery on my USPS app and see that I have mail its a roll of the dice if it's actually I'm my PO Box or not. I have important mail that was to arrive on Saturday per informed delivery but when I went in on Monday to get it of course it was not in my mailbox. There is really only an issue because they are extremely under staffed. USPS please get thos location some help.

Walked in at 4 o'clock. Was told by other customers no one was able to help us until 4:30 they were on lunch. They close at 5:30. They open at 9:00 so I guess no one could take lunch all day

Read the reviews they tell no lies. As I stated I read the reviews more to make sure that my package gets to its destination,. I will admit I came in 6 min before closing I grabbed what I needed, back in line 3 min before 2. Honestly these people are over worked, but because of the reviews I proceeded with caution. Attendant had one person in line and another customer walking back in with change, ( I’m guessing from her recent transaction.) Once the clock hit 2 she told me she couldn’t help. She yelled you can’t walk in at 2 and expect help. I let her know I recorded myself packing my order and was waiting for the previous customer to step out of line. She told me to leave I said no, she said I haven’t ate, my colleagues would have never helped, but since your recording hurry up. I never recorded her face but just her talking… I’m not a grab my phone and spectate, but I’m definitely not going to let a $600 pair of shoes be mishandled. I feel sorry for anyone working here, I know how it feels to be over worked or last minute customers. This post is so that usps can get their team some help. Not the best area to be fighting, arguing in, folks aren’t right these days!
