I've had good experiences with them, both in store and my mail carrier. They helped me resolve an issue with a missing package and have been generally pretty efficient and kind in the office.

Ever since I moved in this neighborhood, every package supposed to be delivered by USPS has come up missing. And its not even the neighbors, its the workers! They will put the key in the box for a parcel locker and when you open the locker it will be empty. Incompetence at its finest.

you need to hire more people working at the desk. I've never waited that long to mail something until i went to this location. Also the self service package pickup was broken and have to wait a week for an IT person to open it. Management needs to do read these reviews

The lady at the front desk has the worse attitude I was very nice and respectful to her but every time I go up there at least 2 times a week she’s just nasty for no reason and based on the reviews it seems like I’m most definitely not the only one she gets an attitude with I would avoid her and if you can’t avoid her just don’t go to this location until she quits or is fired it’s honestly ridiculous that every single time she’s like this!.

This place is horrible. Damn after 15 years this place lack professionalism. Why in the hell is administration not looking into these reviews. This is ridiculous holding people mail is a federal offense. USPS handbook tells it all. If anyone who has problems with this location call the damn postmaster. File a complaint against this location ask for an investigation. Don’t allow any employee at this location take you out of character. Contact the Dublin office. No one shouldn’t have to get disrespected and mail being held. Damn nine years of complaints is horrible. FYI any postal official try to give a sarcastic response save it because it’s nine years of complaints on here not taken care of at all.

The most incompetent post office I’ve ever had. This is the THIRD time they’ve lost my packages. I don’t know if they’re this bad at their job or if they’re stealing packages and marking them as delivered. Either way somebody needs to get fired. It was a gift for my mother and now I’ll be empty handed. Thanks idiots…

Terrible. This post office is one of the worst around. It is always slow waiting in line. I also had an employee yell at me and make a scene because I asked if she was sure about something, since I believe the policy of what I asked about had changed from what it was a year prior. This employee said she was deeply offended, said I was basically telling her that she doesn't know how to do her job all because I asked if she was certain about something. She acted completely out of line and gave a horrible customer service experience.

All the reviews are true whomever the manager is with the long braids rude. Thought saying she was from Cleveland made her ept for some reason. Surprise so am I. Tried to explain flaw in the system holding up my mail transfer she did offer to advise the current mail handler did nothing to assist. I will be taking all the proper measures to address her lack of ability ..she about to find out who I'm connected to customer service isn't for everyone. I'm not your homegirl bc we look alike I will be certain to report to improve the customer experience of the ones who come after me. Thank goodness this location is no longer mine! Update* went to 43218 post office they are so much more friendly and helpful! Appreciate them greatly for getting this taken care of!

Jani was a great help with helping me figure out filling out details and selecting the best envelope for the document I needed to send off. Thankful to have had a neutral / positive experience but I will always prefer to go to UPS or FedEx whenever I can.
