I’ve been waiting for a package to arrive. Said address was vacant and returned my package to sender. Again too lazy to do their job. I know most of us wouldn’t have a job if we performed like these folks here….. frustrating

we waited 2 months to get our mailbox keys made and then come to use them, they were made for the wrong unit despite the address given and written down being correct. now the people who live in that unit and I don’t have access to our mail. incredibly frustrating experience overall

I sent a Christmas card to a family serviced by this post office. The letter was eventually returned to me, torn open with the gift cards opened just enough to see the codes.Are the post office employees straight up stealing?

If you're in need of a live service representative's response -- your ony wasting your time calling. The automated phone system is just as useless and needs to be examined. I'm not sure why they even bother since the only working feature is the survey.

I had a piece of certified mail “attempt” to be delivered. Not a single knock on the door, just a piece of paper slipped under. I was waiting for two days for that mail and now I “wasn’t available” when they wouldn’t even knock so I could get to my door. Now I have to go and pick it up myself or I fear I won’t get it.

I’m just appalled on how they get away with not forwarding mail. Even spoke to people in Michigan and it was a joke! Miss packages and no one cares. I wish it was no stars

I sent mail certified and confirmed that I didn’t need a receipt or a signature. The documents were originals which is why I sent them certified. For whatever reason, they weren’t delivered. I called and scheduled redelivery and said that a signature wouldn’t be required and to leave the mail at the front door. Still didn’t deliver it. I even got a confirmation number, called, went online, etc. and was never able to speak to a human. It’s all automated services and no one gets back to you. The documents were very important and on a deadline. I even signed up for text updates and got zero to inform me of the status of my documents. Fast forward and they’re being returned to me saying redelivery wasn’t scheduled despite all of the hoops I jumped through to schedule the redelivery. Not sure why I got a confirmation number if it’s saying I didn’t reschedule? Either way, just going to send it through regular mail since paying for the certified service was a huge waste of time.

The worst experience, they never deliver my mail, he never passes through my street and when he does he doesn't even get out of his car.I had to leave my house and run to catch up with him and demand my packages.

The worst customer service experience ever. Their staff are rude, impatient, lazy and have no respect for customers. I think this post office isn't serving the purpose it's supposed to serve for its customers.It's better not to have it at all than to have a post office as bad as this one. It's not making any difference. There's no accountability, on their employees. Their staff do whatever they want without any consequences or accountability. What a wastage of resources here.

It's a post office. Always long lines unless just dropping a letter. If you need to deal with the clerks go to Clintonville to the one across from Giant Eagle.

Worst experience ever trying to send my wedding invitations. Went in to see the proper way to send them thinking these people know what to do. I was wrong. Invitations sent back and envelopes ruined. Jamie is the worst worker they have.
