Worst location mail carrier is a theft . They mark your packages as delivery attempted at a false time . Then come to put a notice on your door at a later time . Don’t even bother to ring the bell or knock . I’ve had a problem with this particular carrier before marking my packages as delivered. But wasn’t at my door or mailbox . Someone is definitely stealing packages or misdelivering on purpose

Very poor service I get other people's mail frequently. Do not get my scheduled mail or packages when I should. Customer service is non existent by phone. I have to drive to a branch to actually get help or file a complaint.

I made an appointment online but you still have to wait in line, which is fine. I went to get my passport with all my documentation and an application already filled out but they wouldn’t accept it because it was printed on both sides, which is totally fine again except they “don’t have applications” at this location so you cannot fill out a new one. This place has multiple printers yet they wouldn’t print one out for me. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why they couldn’t print one out or why a place that does passports wouldn’t have applications to fill out. Just make sure you have it pre printed on one sided paper before you go.

Horrible woman at the desk was disgusting and rude the second I walked up to her. Had AirPods on the entire time, only gave nasty responses. I set up an appointment only for her to rudely send me away with no information because they were “out of passport applications”. I returned with an application for her to be even worse the second time and tell me to reschedule. The only kind soul there was the older woman who told me where to find an application.

Okay if you don’t mind the associate on her headset phone speaking with a friend and scrolling her phone while checking you out. I spoke up about it and she told me to shut up and get out.

Seeing the reviews I was apprehensive but....I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, at this office she actually called me saved me a trip, Let me say!!!! I was completely impressed with her customer service and professionalism!!!, and I'm extremely appreciative of her prompt action and quick response to my situation. Thank you Amanda!!

Extremely unprofessional Very disappointing as well. They were not only rude to me, but they are rude to a woman and her child who did not speak much, English. I think these people need some sensitivity training ASAP

I've always had really good customer service and experiences at this post office.It's small but convenient and close to my house, and usually I find little to no line at all, and if I have to wait, it is five minutes or less because there are only two clerks.Of course that changes around Christmas time and you have to wait in line at EVERY post office at Christmas so I go in expecting, a line as anyone would.However, I have found these two postal employees are quite efficient and help their customers to move the line as quickly as they can.I like this Post Office. ??
