Worst location mail carrier is a theft . They mark your packages as delivery attempted at a false time . Then come to put a notice on your door at a later time . Don’t even bother to ring the bell or knock . I’ve had a problem with this particular carrier before marking my packages as delivered. But wasn’t at my door or mailbox . Someone is definitely stealing packages or misdelivering on purpose

I’m beyond livid! They just delivered a $500 package to a parcel lock that has been broken for half the year I have lived here. I walked up and what to I see my box and the door almost wide open! I bet they would’ve done nothing had I not been home and walked out as soon as I seen delivered. The past year dealing with mail has been horrendous I have filled out a new resident form 6 times because they keep sending my mail to my old address and I’m also getting mail from 4 different people that do not live here constantly and I have notified them. The parcel locked I have mentioned earlier there is now two that are broke and they have not done anything to fix them. I also get mail from people that live in the area but have a different address and somehow their mail get misplaced in my locker because obviously whoever is working can’t read.

Several times we have had items misdelivered. This time it was my dog's medicine and I even had updates sent to my phone. And it indicated it was delivered in or around mailbox. I looked, of course, in and around mailbox! Not there. She needs this medicine and I am going to try to find out what happened to this! Not happy at all understated

You got a pink slip and looking to get your package? You better of forcing another package redelivery. They got all these signs that say “push the button once and someone will come help you” but nobody comes to the door. You can hear them too. I rang it a second time which to me sounded like someone saying “don’t get that” I started to go through authorized vehicles only since it 30 cars back there.
My package is small and could have been left in the mailbox. Complete waste of time

Not gonna lie, the phone said it was disconnected but when i drove there and found the doors locked i wanted to cry. Someone pulled up and got the doors unlocked and a very nice lady helped me out. she was so patient with me and even interacted with my 4 year old who is autistic. I didnt get her name but she is excellent right along with the gentleman that got the doors unlocked for me.

Put my packages in my neighbors mailbox. Luckily my neighbor was nice enough to bring it to my apartment.

After reading the reviews others have left, I'm definitely not alone with my experience. I recently ordered something. I kept checking the tracking information to see when it was delivered. All of a sudden I get a notification saying that the "addressee is unknown". I opened a service request online stating the address it should have been sent to, thinking maybe they had the wrong address on it or it was unledgeable or something. The next day I get another alert saying that the addressee is unknown and that the package is being sent back to the sender. I opened another service request saying that the package should have never been sent back to the sender. I then get a voicemail from someone named Amanda at the post office saying that the package is being sent back and that I need to verify my address. I called no more than 5 minutes after the voicemail was left and no one ever answered. I hung up and called again. Same thing. I hung up and called a third time. Same thing, no answer. I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service line. I was on hold for almost an hour before somebody finally picked up. I tried to explain to them what the problem was and instead of listening to me they wanted to just read the tracking information. They told me that somebody from my household told them that I don't live there. That's funny, it's the same address that's on my driver's license and I've had mail delivered there for the past 3 years. Why do I keep getting mail in my name, but all of a sudden the package that has my name on it says that the addressee is unknown? No one would have been home except for the cat, and I'm pretty sure the cat doesn't speak English and wouldn't have told them that I don't live there, so obviously somebody with this post office was lying. The sender got the package and let me know that the address was 100% correct and resent the package back out. Another package was supposed to be delivered the next day. The alert on that tracking number said that the package couldn't be delivered because the delivery location was unaccessible. I don't know how it could be unaccessible. You walk 20 feet up the driveway and put the package on the porch. How difficult is that? I've also had problems with my registration tags for my vehicles not getting delivered. After reading the comments other people have left, I'm wondering if postal employees are stealing people's registration stickers and using them on their vehicles. I will be contacting the postal inspector this week to report this post office. I strongly advise anyone having problems with this post office to do the same. If your packages aren't showing up, if you're not getting mail, if they are getting stolen, that is mail tampering and it's against the law.
