Great service, so polite, quick to answer the phone and overall just a great experience. Their willingness to talk to my husband over the phone was so very accommodating, and last but certainly not least their prices are affordable in an time where everything is so outrageous!

I purchased one 245/45/18 Continental procontact Tire this tire was for my 2022 Chevrolet Malibu. The price was absolutely a great price and the gentleman's customer service was outstanding. He answered all my questions he put the tire on without even me asking to put it back on the car because I carried it in there from the trunk of my car. He just took good care of me his customer service was acceptable when I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for the gentleman to change my tire

Nick and the other gentleman that helped me were very kind, super efficient, and helpful. I found a nail in my tire, but also needed 4 new tires anyway. Checked this place out and I was in and out in about 30min. Had what I needed, worked quickly, and saved me about $75 from what I was quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend if you need tires on the quicks.

I arrived unannounced at the shop with a flat tire. Even though there were customers ahead of me, I got quick service and was one the road within 20 minutes at a fair price. The person who changed my tire was very nice and I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Stopped by with a screw in the tire - Nick (very personable) quickly fixed the tire and got me back to work. I said that I had read the Google reviews and thought it is best to support our neighbors. Good work/good price.

My fiancé took our car here, where we have been previous customers multiple times. BEWARE!!!! They do NOT care about the safety of their customers, and the one guy will try and scam you into paying more. They also do NOT explain their services. They don’t let you know their company policies nor give you any written policy. We bought 4 new tires for our vehicle somewhere else because we got a better deal. We wanted to patronize a local business and have them put our BRAND NEW tires on. They charged us $70 to put on 4 tires, with the OLD VALVE STEMS! They didn’t tell us they were leaving the old ones , one of those stems ended up being bad. As a tire shop, which trust me I’ve had tires put on at tire shops before including my dealership where I purchased my vehicle, they replace the valve stems or at least bring it to the customers attention that the valve stem is bad and it’s a safety issue!! So not only did this tire shop not let us know they were putting old valve stems on our car, or tell us a different price with new valve stems because what’s the point in purchasing 4 brand new tires and putting old stems on it, they also didn’t inform us any of the valves were bad. So this tire shop/ company let us drive away with a bad valve and wouldn’t hold air, which could’ve caused the tire to pop while driving and lose control of the vehicle, and what actually happened was it ruined our brand new tire not even a day of having it and we have to buy another new tire! They also charge you more than Walmart to put on a tire. We spoke to the owner and he could care less and told us it’s our fault. So his employee not relying the services they provide for the price or even as a tire shop what’s recommended, or doing any safety measures. Walmart cost way cheaper and you can have the peace of mind that your tire isn’t going to blow up or go bad being brand new. Also the peace of mind your not dealing with a shady business. We weren’t asking much but to pay for the NEW tire we had to replace. Instead the owner wanted to be unprofessional on the phone. So you’ve lost a customer, &; We will also be contacting the better business bureau and attorney general to let them know of the illegal activity of your employee and how your putting all of your customer’s safety at risk. DONT GO HERE!!! Unless your willing to get ripped off and put yourself, vehicle and children at risk.
Reply to response: it was NOT communicated. Pretty sure we had this same conversation on the phone. Seems like we’re going to go on a merry go round. I have already reported your business to BBB and the attorney general. Safety is obviously not your priority, because you let us leave with a bad valve. Which we had no knowledge of, and you didn’t explain pricing for new valves etc or we would’ve paid because why would we buy all 4 new tires and not get new valves?! The issue here is when you were doing the install you didn’t inform us our valve was bad, and you also did NOT communicate you were leaving the old valves and if we wanted new valves it would be an up charge. We GLADLY would’ve paid extra for valves. You guys don’t have your prices posted and you also don’t communicate with your customers the options and what the price includes. You also started to come up with things to excuse your employee and wanted to bring up your company policies, which is also NOT communicated to your customers NOR posted where customers can read and understand your “policies”. So you can write your reply, we chose the cheapest option all you want. Use that as an excuse, you take no accountability to the fact YOU THE OWNER WEREN'T EVEN THERE, and YOUR employee did NOT communicate. As a tire tech, you are trained or supposed to be in this field and safety and it’s YOU and YOUR EMPLOYEES job to communicate with the customers on your services and what the price includes, and what your profession is in is tires right? So wouldn’t you communicate what you think is the safeties option for a customer? I’m not a tire tech it’s not my profession. BBB &; Attorney G
