We had a good experience, the wait was kind of long. Our salesman Angel apologized and explained that a few people had called off. Thus was my first time purchasing a firearm, he was very patient.

Easily the best Vance in Columbus. Mike in firearms was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience painless and kept me educated on the process each step of the way. The ladies at the front end had me smiling and laughing. I will be going here again! Worth the longer drive!!

It’s a very slow process if you want to purchase a gun. Go early and prepare to stay late. It took me 1:45 to complete my purchase and, I was first in line the day that I was there.
