They made me drive to another store after the phone was delivered properly. But all in all the service ended nicely and professional.
There was no apology early on but was thanked well at the end.

Walked in today after dropping my phone in water. Was so glad I was helped by a great team member who made the process so simple. Best Verizon store in Columbus. Much better than previous stores in the area.

Buying a phone here was a nice experience. RETURNING a charger plug I didn’t need was abysmal. They couldn’t do it without the card I used to purchase, so I came back with the card and the cashier told me he couldn’t return an item another associate sold. I had to threaten to cancel the charge entirely before finally getting the 30-day refund. Literally no other retail establishment does this. ISPs and phone service providers continually rank among the worst in customer satisfaction and this is why.

We waited in line for 1 customer,about hours, but it wasn't our turn because he couldn't stop himself from talking to the girls working there. I definitely do not recommend you to go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy at this store completely messed up our bill and I am having such a difficult time getting it fixed. We have been Verizon customers for 16 years and after make a purchase here my bill went from $110 dollars a month to $500 a month, literally my bill increased by nearly $400 and now I've spent hours trying to get it fixed. The guy that helped us was a caucasian college age guy (sorry don't know his name) but he brushed off another person while we were there. If I could do it all over I would have gone to a different store, now I'm stuck trying to get my bill resolved online and over the phone. What a joke!

Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes for no one to come to the desk and help while actively calling the whole time I could hear the dude on the phone with what sounded like a friend by the way the conversation was going

The service provided at the Olentangy rd Verizon location can’t be beat. Very understanding and helpful in solving problems and very informed and patient in explaining all plans, issues, etc.

Poor customer service...while I stood waiting for service and the only customer in the store..the employee decides to have a whole conversation on the phone about sales..training and probably a bunch of stuff that could have waited until I purchased my item. Then was supper rude when I asked a question...I left and was pissed...I have been with verizon since 1989..ended going to Best Buy and purchased a whole new phone and service with someone else..

I had a positive experience at this store getting a new phone. The employees were very kind and knew what they were doing! I also witnessed them guide another customer through a service phone call when they were unable to personally fix the operational issue with her device.
