Nico took the time to clean out my cell phone removing all the apps that I did not download. We also were able to update our auto pay to lower the monthly cost. We came in with issues and left taken care of to the best of his ability. Great service here always

Nico displayed incredibly professional skills while serving an extremely difficult customer, just prior to me. I sat there in awe as I witnessed his deft handling of the multiple challenges that this outlandish customer was winging at him. It goes without saying that he then proceeded to handle my routine issue just as smoothly and efficiently. Nico is as good as it gets, and he should be recognized as the true role model that he clearly is.
