We had the best customer service ever from Gabe! He was so nice working with husband and I to make sure we could start our own phone lines. Even when we hit a brick a wall at times he was very patient and made sure to find a solution. Great experience and highly recommend to everyone!

I had an technical issue for over TWO WEEKS with my service and device from the moment I ported over from another company at the end of last month. I came into this verizon location today and the Gentleman named Yaw handled my issue with the upmost care and made it a quick fix. He Gave me valuable info for a future purchase as well. 5 star service.

I had a terrific overall experience here. I came in to get a new plan, trade in an old iPhone, and get a new iPhone. Brett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and presented me with two different options for how to finance the new plan and phone. He also showed me how to set up a phone backup. When I came in Saturday morning to get the new phone (which had to be delivered because it was an iPhone 17 air), the salesperson (I forgot his name unfortunately) was great and got me set up with the phone, case and screen protector, and answered my questions about the different cases. Finally when the backup finished and I came to trade in my new phone Saturday afternoon, that process was handled very quickly and easily as well. I had a complicated order so I was expecting it to take a while to get it all done but the staff on multiple occasions was super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and made it completely painless for me!

I had the most DELIGHTFUL experience at this location when I upgraded my iPhone. Neil was fantastic at explaining all the different plans and options for phones and upgrades. Neil made the experience very enjoyable and seamless which I really appreciated. His partner Dave was a pleasure as well. I left the store with a big smile on my face and would definitely return to this location although it’s out of the way for me because of the fantastic customer service. They really went above and beyond!!

Elyssa did great! She worked all the magic and for us set up with a complicated transfer. I came in to inquire about switching over from another carrier and she made sure to look for the best deals for me bring over my phone and number. She was patient and listened to what I wanted to set up the new plan.

I came in to the in north high to get help with my account. Quinton helped get my devices working again and I didn't have to lose my number. He also made sure we weren't paying for unneeded things. Amazing service

I have been in contact with Quinton. He has followed up with me the last few months. He has resolved any issues I’ve had with my plan or my phone and I am awaiting the release of the new iPhone in September. When the time comes I know who to call! Ask for Quinton he’s the best !!
