I brought my son to this Verizon store this evening to replace his damaged phone. To say that I was impressed with the high level of customer service is an understatement. I was primarily helped by Andrew, but was also assisted by Egypt. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, helpful, and personable. There's typically a bit of a wait when receiving this type of service, but both gentlemen made the time there enjoyable for my son and me. I would HIGHLY recommend that Verizon users utilize this specific store for their needs. We'll done!

Jeff and Oliver, you two are legends! I walked in to upgrade my phone, but you both upgraded my whole day. Managed to get me a deal that even my grandma would call a ‘steal,’ and she clips coupons religiously.

The best experience ever! Oliver was the best! He got me an upgrade to an iPhone 16 for very cheap and a free iPad with only a $10 service fee! Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and cooperative, came in wanting a 12 or 13 ended up getting a 16! Great staff great atmosphere. Shout out to Oliver for the great attitude and professionalism!

Data is terrible. 5g is not compatible out here at all! Service ranges fron a literal bar to 3 daily. They came by and wanted to sell me internet. Im only a few hundred feet away from the towers and will not work. Service as i type this from my home. Has ranged and dropped from 5g to 4g. Honestoy ridicolous to pay 60 dollars in 2024 and have cell service as if it were judt getting started again. No way to reach real people via phone. Sad shell of a once good company. Will be switching providers. Also spam calls on the daily are beyond ridicolous, all of these issues are still relevant including the now wavering service that's been being "worked on" for over a month now. Constantly worse and worse. Go check the news about them being hacked and having people monitored by the chinese for over 3 years now.

My experience with ANDREW AT THE VERIZON STORE IS ONE OF THE ONLY POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT VERIZON .. he was caring, kind and compassionate a feature you don’t get with an AI. Andrew listened to my issue showed empathy even though my situation was beyond his scope of service, I appreciate ANDREW AS HE WAS THE ONLY REPRESENTATIVE WILLING TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE! Andrew is truly a star at his performance and the only reason I was able to stay calm dispite my disdain for VERIZON
