Aubrey did an amazing job. I had lost my phone while traveling abroad and she was able to help me get a new phone connected to my old phone number. She also got us a discount on the plans we were already on. Super satisfied.

Our family loves coming to the Sawmill Verizon location! Nico always helps us with our devices and account set up. He not only gets us the best deal but also helps educate our teenager on proper care for your devices and Internet safety. Nico has helped me set up parental controls and showed me the best way to keep our family safe.
Every time I’m at the Sawmill location I see excellent customer service, patience and compassion for customers struggling w device technology. They are so kind and willing to help customers with anything that they need, including paying their bill!

Great service reached out to my Verizon guy for a phone line . He made it easy and seamless for me to get the phone. Got me a great deal on a new phone for my son and set it up for him. I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and the customer service is superb! Thank you guys for all you do to make every trip a hassle free experience

Alyssa was fantastic. I brought my mom- who is 81- for a new phone today and Alyssa was so kind and patient. She worked hard to ensure that my mom was comfortable with her new phone and also assisted her with her iPad. I honestly have never had better customer service for phone upgrades. Can not say enough positive things!
