very good, unfortunately I can't say the same from the many comments I saw here, because I was pre-approved but then they denied me the credit, I understand that the company has its requirements but for the reason they did it seems inconsistent since at the beginning when The pre-approval should exist that, those or other filters for. or harm my credit score, which is now lowered and I think that they would not help me, but well, that's the way things are. I will not expand because in reality I believe in my point, I repeat it, the denial was due to information that was given at the beginning and was corroborated several times and that nevertheless it was that and only that that led to the decision without I think I see other factors that are just as strong or important. have a good day

Greg Periatt did a great job, getting our loan approved ,I was at the point of losing hope ,but he did a magic ?,I recommend him anytime any day ,if we have to refinance our home we will still let him do it for us ,people said getting approved is hard but Greg made it very easy for us ,I give him 100% in communication,following up and helping arrange your document to fit what is needed,Good job Grey ,you did a good job ?

He always answered all of my questions timely.The process is very straight forward.I still remember on closings day Greg informed me that he found a cheaper PMI for me which will save my money.
