I arrived with Half a trailor of cardboard. To be delivered it has taken them 2 and a half hours to unload where as other places unload a full trailor in half that time.. SLOW

Will not recommend for anyone to work at this place the staff is amazing but the supervisors at this place is a joke I worked 5 days in usps department and the new supervisor faunda is a joke she doesn’t know how to treat her employees she talks to them like there trash she doesn’ know how to be a real leader. So if you don’t like being talked down on like trash do not work there. And one more thing I was talking to one of the employees named David. He was telling me how one of the forklift driver dropped a pallet of product onto one of the Mexican girls that worked there and nothing happened. The company never reported it. Because the girl could not speak good English and did not want to go to the hospital. So I guess they threw it under the rug he said. So it’s also a dangerous place to work for also.

I worked here for over a month it was a good placeto work I thought. I was a temp that went througha temp agency But on June 23 2022 I went to asupervisor by the name of Doug and explained tohim that I was being harassed now before Dougtook over lance was our supervisor I had informedhim I was being harassed and nothing was done!When I explained to Doug what was going on heinformed me that it would be handled and the guywould no longer be at the company. So they firedthe guy! We'll come Monday 28,2022 I went towork as normal well after I clocked out I got aphone call from the temp agency saying victorypackaging ended my assignment and when Iasked the temp agency why Victory packagingended my assignment they said they didn't give areason so today the temp agency asked victorypackaging agin why my assignment was endedand still nothing! It's real funny I make a complaintabout harassment the next week I no longer have A job!

Don't go to Home Depot for your boxes anymore or for your bubble wrap, especially if you are moving. You can buy in bulk from victory packaging and save a lot of money. However, you need to buy a lot to save. There's a $250 minimum purchase and you have to order by phone or have an account and/or pay in advance. I'm not sure I saved anything on the bubble wrap over Home Depot prices, but the rolls are massive. I probably should have bought everything here at the beginning and then I would have saved money.

Tight place to get into. Wouldn’t be half as bad if you didn’t have to maneuver around all the employees vehicles parked directly across from the docks. If you like sight side backing (and most people do) enter from the entrance on the other side of the warehouse and drive around. Once you’re docked be prepared to wait the full two hours because they are definitely not in a hurry.
