For a thrift store their prices are insane. used to come here a lot a few years ago and stuff was actually affordable. But if you want to buy a used tank top for 40 bucks this is the place for you

As a heavy thrifter for deals, and excellent merchandise for mainly the Lake County areaThis Thrift Store was the first that I had decided to hit while in the Columbus area on a short vacation, I was greeted with Denim Jeans with feces stains for 40 dollars, hats that have nothing special about them in the slightest for 35 dollars, and nameless trash Vinyl Records for 15 dollars eachThis has to be the most Baffling, and Ridiculously priced Thrift Store ive ever visited in my life (despite coming across many that were close to its tier)I would avoid this Thrift Store at all costs until they hire some people with actual knowledge of pricing, and merchandise

I saw some negative reviews on Google so wanted to give my opinion. My sister took me there for the first time yesterday. I absolutely loved it! The selection and prices were amazing. I could have stayed in there for hours. I bought a pretty large amount of things and the cost didn’t come close to what I spend at other stores. I am on a strict budget and this place diid not disappoint. I will definitely be going back.

before they moved it was more of thrift store. I recently saw an extremely faded wool coat for $800 and for 1/2 off sale someone bought it which I'm still in shock, a person could buy a very high end item at Neiman Marcus for that amount of money. But, they say they're going off eBay prices but eBay has went overboard on prices as well ! . I shopped on eBay for 25 yrs and I will not shop there for many reasons #1 prices. but the cheap well used items are above retail here. you have to really thumb thru every shirt or buy the polyester, acrylic items which they used to have Sunday $1 each item specific color which purged the store of unpopular fabrics. But, now the unpopular fabrics well worn out hangs there forever til they get the itch to pull it. Yesterday I had an item price tag clearly marked up but someone adding over a number to $45. But once brought to their attention they said no it's still $45 not the other. That's pretty messed up. I should have gave them some negative feedback but they don't care . Well that's my review

They do have a very large selection of clothing but their pricing is just absurdly high on many items. I really would just buy new for the same price or a few dollars more.

This store is ridiculous. I much rather buy my clothes new. These prices are not thrift store-friendly. The clothes you find, you can’t buy because they don't have a tag. They don’t know how to do business. If someone is willing to buy something with no tag…charge them anything!! Ain’t nobody coming back to your store the next day to try and buy the item again. I can't believe I saw outdated items for more than $100. And basic nonbrands for $20.I am never returning & will spread the word to my fellow thrifters. Do yourself a favor and go to any other thrift stores in Columbus. Yall should've stayed on Cleveland Avenue. I hope thieves come here and steal.

I use to love coming here, in the last year the prices have skyrocketed. They don't always honor the specials on items, and you end up finding better deals shopping most brands new...

WAY OVER PRICED!! Let's be honest, thrift stores are mainly for underserved communities who need help. You can find cheaper clothes at Walmart ,target and Amazon. Their workers barely make minimum wage, and less than one cent of every dollar goes to veterans. This is all about the money and expensive it is. Do they have a good selection? Yes... But it's more along the lines of Plato's closet ,than it is a thrift store. Therefore they should not be considered a thrift. They have things in there that cost $200 and $300. And I'm not talking furniture, price gouging at its finest for the poor. It's shameful.

Nice selection but there's no dressing room or returns if the clothes you purchase don't fit.

if youre a "thrift store" pricing any items that arent complete cheapo walmart brand/fast fashion at much higher prices (even in the regular section, not even the "better clothes" section), youre not a thrift store. This company is incredibly greedy and profit-hungry taking clothes that are donated or given at a very low price and selling them for $25+. I wont be shopping here anymore. There are low income ppl who need thrift stores and they should at least have the chance to find something decent used and affordable. i'll be taking my business to Goodwill or Ohio Thrift.

I’ll start with saying that this store has the best variety and amount of items in Columbus. I’ve visited since the Cleveland Avenue location and still come weekly. It’s huge and has something for everybody. It’s a blast to look through the (tiny) aisles and on sale days and with 50% off tags, you can get a great deal. Now - the 2 stars.- The prices….. are astronomical. If it isn’t on sale (and sometimes, even if it is) you’re paying above retail price. You’ll often see items with the tags attached that have a lower cost than the store’s tag. Inflation has hit everyone, but this is beyond that. We’re talking excessive increases. I would only take away 1 star for this because the store is so packed it’s a dream but —If you come enough (I do) and you choose items that do not have a tag and/or have a tag and are not priced, the staff treats you like a thief. It’s gotten to the point that I leave items that are not priced or are missing tags because of the way I’m treated with looks/judgement by staff. It’s worth the visit, focus on the sale tags and give yourself a couple hours to browse. Just be prepared for the prices and don’t ask for a non-tagged item to be priced. ?

This “thrift store” is extremely overpriced. Old out of date michael kors is like $100. I found lululemon tank for $50 which is the same u can get brand new. Ridiculous. They need to lower the prices if they want to be a thrift shop. 10/10 don’t recommend

I like it here. This store always has a good selection of items and good sales. I almost always find really good name brand items (Lululemon, Zara, Adidas, etc). Some reviews have said the customer service is bad - but what kind of customer service are you looking for in a thrift store? They're always nice at the check out, I don't really know what else people want. Weekends are pretty busy, weeknights are quiet.

This store has great items, and tons of inventory. However, I would not classify it as a "thrift store." I found a gorgeous dress I loved, and it was marked $100! Insanity. Most of the clothing items were $10-$40, which doesn't seem very realistic for a thrift store. This place is clean and seems to be doing a good business, but not sure if I will be back.
