I purchased a pair of shorts and within a short period of time they were fading so I called the company and they said send them back and we will send you a new pair, so I did and never received the new pair. I talked to them again and they said they will send me a gift card via email and never received it. So I called them again and they said they will send me the gift card and they did for only $29, I said the shorts cost $90 and they said well the color had been discontinued. I said then just send me another pair of shorts in a different color and they said I needed to show them the original receipt, I said I sent you back the defective pair that should be proof enough! They do not stand behind their products!

This place is out of this world!! The quality is superb and associates are so helpful. My son loves their long and short sleeve shirts. Swim shorts were really nice and fit well.

I wanted returned a item but the lady at cash register she was very unfriendly and not welcoming She said we can not except return ” If you don’t have e mail adress “while I have a all receipt and my debit card in order.I have never experienced this kind of overwhelming return process and customer service .

Unable to get the company customer service TERMINAL HOLD for 4 days now sent 2 e-mails just bought something & was told they would have no sales before x-mas & the very next day 25% off. I want an adjustment & returns are a mess to deal with them as well. I do not live near a store. Buy elsewhere.
