So thankful for this place! The vibe is welcoming and affirming, and they (Kenna, Alexis, Shayla) always do a great job. Also, the customer service is fantastic (shout out to Jenny!).

Went in for a cut and all over color. I met with the stylist weeks before the appointment for a consultation and we landed on about $250 for the price. Steep but I figured if she was charging that much then she must be good. When I went in for the appointment we recapped what was previously discussed. I told her I had blonde highlights I wanted covered to match my natural dark brown but waited to avoid coloring my gray hair that was coming in because I love my grays and I am trying to embrace it. She said this was no problem and that she could mix something together that would target the blonde and not the gray but that I would need to come back in about 6 months to get it touched up. Secondly I showed her two photos one girl with a shag and one with a longer mullet. We discussed back and forth which would be better. Ultimately I asked for the shag haircut but asked her if we could keep the bangs shorter like in the mullet photo. The visit seemed like it was going well. I was so nervous but I was trusting the process. When it was done I looked like Elvira. She had given me a full on long mullet. I let her know it was much shorter than I was expecting and She tried fixing it by connecting the short layers to the long but it was too late and too drastic. My longest best length is to my rib cage and I have a chunk of hair that is literally 2 inches on top of my head - it looks like a toddler cut my hair. She said that she would waive the cut charge from my visit since I didn’t like the cut which I thought was a nice gesture even though the damage was done. When I went to check out it was $230… weird cause my consultation was $250 ish. I asked the cashier if that was with the cut waived and she said yes because it is built into the color service. Ha! So insulting to give a $20 discount on a botched haircut. So that means I paid $230 for an all over dark brown color service? Wow. And my grays were covered. I cried for days. DAYS. After two washes my blonde was visible again and my grays are still covered. This was worst case scenario. I hate when people say “it’s just hair it will grow” I have hair on the top center of my head that is 2 inches short, it’ll take 3 years to reach the length it would have been if she hadn’t don’t that. It’s horrible. I’m trying to stay in good spirits but I can even look at myself. I don’t look like me.

Have been here a few times for haircuts over the years and it's always an amazing experience. Including the most recent haircut I received a couple of weeks ago by Madison. The vibe of the salon and staff (super friendly and chill) is inviting and they are great at listening to what you're looking for and delivering on it. They use davines products as well! Highly recommend and looking forward to going back to get color services.

Every appointment with virtue is perfection. Walking in, I’m always welcomed by smiling and warm people. For my hair specifically, Lindsay is absolutely amazing. She listens and knows how to communicate my wants and needs perfectly. I have been going to her for years and I always leave with exactly what I ask for. It’s honestly magical.

I had such a wonderful experience! First time getting a haircut in 10 years so I was pretty nervous; however, Evelyn made the experience so easy and comfortable, and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had!! Definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for an inclusive, comfortable and special space!! 1000/10!

Love this salon. Super professional staff, excellent customer care. Kelby is a rockstar. Strangers compliment my hair on a regular basis. The work she does is so low maintenance and you would never know because /everyday/ is a good hair day. 10/5 stars. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with Ariel. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work with my hair. I booked a blowout, which included shampoo and conditioner and the best surprise was the head massage. I was so satisfied that I booked a hair cut with her in a few weeks. I found my new salon!

First let me say that this salon is amazing. I was in a bind and needed my hair done before vacation and a big event and my normal stylist had to cancel due to sickness, I rushed in a panic to call a very popular chain salon which shall remain nameless but it is located in Dublin and a couple other suburbs and they assured me they would be able to assist in my hair needs and well….this was not the case unfortunately so again I was panicking. I had been referred to call Virtue Vegan and I am so happy and blessed I did. Julie at the desk was sooo understanding and she really worked to get me in for a color correction and cut. Lindsey my stylist was Amazing, she worked so hard to make me feel better and correct what the previous stylist had wrecked. I can not say enough good things about their professionalism and cosmetic know how, I am so thankful for them. They truly saved the day and if I could give 10 stars I would!!

I throughly enjoyed my visit to Virtue. What a creative space. All the plants really add to the aura. I got a great cut and scalp detox with Shannon. It was a very relaxing treat that I will definitely be returning for.
Requested style: I only had one request- that I be able to pull my hair up when I’m busy with grandchildren. Shannon listened to me then made suggestions that I felt were exactly what I wanted. I have booked my next appointment- it feels good to care for my hair .
Specialties: I really enjoyed the add on of a scalp scrub and detox. I felt it gave me a clean slate for my cut.
Hair type: I have long, wavy, thick hair that I have ignored for years. I really appreciated the education Shannon gave me on how to care for my hair - i received suggestions on products that were right for my hair & I appreciated the help. The cut has made my hair so much lighter & it feels very manageable.
Stylist: Shannon was a very knowledgeable and kind stylist. I found her suggestions very insightful & I really appreciated her energy.
