My mother went there on 10/28/2024 to pick up a prescription and the employees were rude to her and treated her worse when she mentioned it was covered by Molina.
To make things worse, they gave her someone else's prescription. My mother called to inform the manager what happened and was told that it was fine and she should just throw it away and come pick hers up when she "is in the area".
This place is totally unprofessional and violates HIPA without batting an eye.
They give patient information to other patients and act like it is fine.
Keep yourself safe and don't do business with this company.

Staff were great and super helpful. Husband and I went in for sunglasses to get with our VSP and were happy with the selections. Much better prices here than at our optometrists office for the same thing. Will definitely be coming back next year to use VSP again.

Glad to see a Visionworks closer to home. My first visit at this location. I hope I'm as pleased with my glasses as I have been in the past with Visionworks, who usually provide a quality lens. Staff member that helped me listened to my requests and assisted with knowledgeable answers and assistance.

Gulia dealt with me for an hour helping me find frames and reassuring me about my prescriptions. Buying glasses as is can be daunting, yet she made the process much easier. She helped me find the best bang for my buck with all of the deals! Super kind and helpful, cannot thank her enough for her help. Additionally, all of the staff were very warm and welcoming! I never felt pressured to purchase anything specifically. Big big thank you to Guila and Amy!

One of the worst place to visit if you need new glasses. The doc ruined my prescription and when I went back I was told that I have to go to groveport location now. Worst is the guy asked me which country I belong to? Where are you originally from?. Only because I am Asian? Train your employees to treat your customers with respect. Instead of racial profiling people based on color of the skin.

This place is incredible, I broke my glasses, and I looked for an appointment and that same week on a Saturday, they made me an appointment for 10 am, I feel that my eyes are in a good place, the staff was friendly, and they explained to me the situation of my eyes, and they recommended my glasses

I was really surprised to have such a great experience at a chain vision center. I was told I had to wait 3 months to get into professional vision care, so I contacted vision works through my VSP partner network. They set an appointment up same week and found out I was wrongly prescribed astigmatism contacts. The guy that works up front is super attentive with an amazing sense of urgency. I will definitely be a returning patient.

Customer service was EXCELLENT!!!! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. I have already told several people about how amazing they were and they are planning to go there as well.
