The staff were incredibly unprofessional when assisting. More engaged in the personal conversation they had going, then when asked to make an appointment treated us like we were a bother for wanting service. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Update: The Regional Manager Chris called and apologized and confirmed he addressed the issue with the store manager, which I greatly appreciated. Picking up my glasses on the 16th was a much more pleasant experience from both Regine and Laura. Speaking of Laura, she's AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and willing to help. I appreciate her insight and compassion regarding my eye care wellness. Moving up to 3 stars.
The manager Regine is a racist... blatant one at that. My son and I who are African American came in and I smiled right at her as she's the first person you see, she didn't even acknowledge me nor speak to me or my son YET a Caucasian woman came in directly behind us and Regine IMMEDIATELY addressed this woman saying "Welcome in, how how can I help you? Ok have a sit and I'll be right with you" all while my son and I are standing there. twice I looked directly at Regine and she never spoke.
Now the nice person who did help us also helped the other only African American person in there...a male customer. I'm sure that wasn't a coincidence that Regine didn't help him either. I will absolutely take my money and insurance somewhere else. This shouldn't be acceptable...we are all customers and should be treated the same (respect and courtesy)

Got in and out pretty quickly. Would love more selections of frames under $150. Especially with pops of color. Also I don't like the extra charge for the back of eye screening. My FSA refuses to pay because they feel it is overcharged, and as a VSP premier I don't feel we should have to pay.

Only 4 customers in the entire place and I’m waiting over 30mins and counting!
Horrible service.
No one addresses/acknowledges you at all as your sitting or walking around the store even though you’ve been there over 30 freaking mins! I already have prescription and picked out frames but yet no service?
Don’t go! You’ll regret it.

I tried out Visionworks because it's a preferred provider for my insurance. After trying on several pairs, I realized it's probably "preferred" because the cheap quality makes the prices low. Even the quality of the lenses wasn't as good as where I normally go. The glasses are covered for 100 days and of course 114 days after I got them I was cleaning them and the handle came off. I thought it would be okay to go cheap since I was switching to contacts for daily wear and wouldn't wear glasses often. I've learned my lesson and I, nor anyone else in my household, will ever go back here.
