I love this store on West Broad! I have found what I needed 99% of the time, from unique things to clothing and home items. The new manager is really friendly and a people person. I met her while she was working the register (I love managers that are out helping the staff and clients instead of hiding in the back or at some office).Willie that works helping people with big/heavy items has the biggest heart I've seen in a retail store. No matter how busy he is (during the 50% off sale that man is running and sweating like crazy) he always has a big smile on his face and makes sure he helps everybody before taking a single break. He treats people with care giving each customer the special attention they deserve.Willie takes such pride on his work that once I was getting a small table by myself and when he saw me, since he was free, he came running to help me and told me to let him do his job lol. He took the table all the way to the register with his high spirits and kindness. And knowing that shopping here also helps people in need is definitely the icing on the cake. The perfect place for retail therapy because even if I'm buying something I might not even "need" the price is good and I'm helping a charity.I have shopped and donated items here for over 20 years and my husband says that I rarely just drop stuff off, it's more like an exchange lolI know prices have gone up since I started going there but hey, that's called inflation... same thing happened at the supermarket, gas station, etc...Thank you guys for being there and for the work that you do!

I've been thrifting for years and I can honestly say this is one of the best thrift stores I've been to. Prices are great and they have a lot of name brand stuff in great condition.

Unbelievable is all I have to say. Was in with multiple children for over an hour trying on clothes. As my kids were trying on their clothes I was waiting outside the fitting room handing them more as needed to try on. In the meantime my 2 year old who came out of the changing room shirtless( I immediately grabbed her shirt and was putting it right side out )when a rude and that's putting it nicely employee told me kids must have shirts on at all times. Did she not see me standing their getting it right side out? Was she so mad at the world she really had to confront me of this. So after about 30 min kids came out with a entire cart full of clothes easily $100 worth of stuff one of the tags fell off a pair of pants that my daughter really wanted so I held onto it and took it up with us to the register. Immediately told cashier hey the tag fell off while she was trying them on( granite the tags are barely put on to begin with). She looks at the pants and says nope can't sell them because she thinks I'm lying about the tag. Are u kidding me! Literally everything their is donated. I have over 100 worth of clothes in my cart and u think I'm lying about a $3.00 price tag get out of here! So I literally put the entire cart full of stuff onto the counter and walked away even though my kids were in tears because they really wanted the items but I will never give my business to this thrift store. Especially when everything is donated. Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm still in shock missed out in $100 in sales because of 1 pair of pants u think im lying about the sticker price just wow! Clearly customer service not the right job for u

I love shopping here, but I’m bothered by the inconsistency of some workers. I can't say the same for all the employees working there, but there are plenty of rude and grumpy ladies who can’t seem to understand basic customer service.

Do not go here when Miss Chan is working. Rude manager that not only denies vouchers from the ACTUAL VOA SHELTER but tells men they can't or shouldn't buy clothing meant for women. I don't care if it has flowers on it, if it fits and I like it, I'll rock it. Little homophobic. Literally sucks the air out of the room and ruins any pleasant experience that could be had. Worst time I had in a thrift store with my mother, don't ever speak to customers the way this woman has. Fix this problem.

I have always loved shopping here since I am a single mother. I was even able to get my kid and his friends “thrifting”. There are a few downfalls: They put items on the floor that are not priced which means you can not purchase. The pricing of items do not make any sense. You can find a brand new Columbia jacket for the same price as a used no name brand one with holes in it. The Childrens clothing & night attire selection is minimal. The store is dirty. They do have dressing rooms but are always filled with clothes left from others. The employees need an attitude adjustment. If you don’t like your job, find another one. Please get more carts!Otherwise, great selection and love the 50% off sale the last Tuesday of the month. I am consistently losing weight and instead of buying all new clothes each season, I just go here. I can usually buy a seasonal wardrobe for less than $50.

Rude employee kicked me out of the store because I couldn’t hurry and go to the cashier when they were closing I was already on my way but kept pushing me to go faster was very rude and racist just because she’s old doesn’t give her an excuse to be rude.

I'm a thrifty store fan, and finding a good one where they sell donations isn't always the easiest. This is only the 2nd one I've came across that's not a disaster or leaves you feeling like a shower is the only thing to do once you exit. This place is clean, organized, huge and you need all day just to properly check it all out, but you'll leave with an entirely new wardrobe, that's a promise. The worker's are patient thankfully since I arrived close to closing time not knowing the heaven's was about to open the gate to the clothing world of angels. I wasn't through the 1st section Upon walking through the front doors and my car was already overflowing...literally. ?Unfortunately I was just in town visiting my daughter so they was kind enough to hold my cart till the next day but misfortune came unexpectedly and I had no choice but to leave back out of town that night and with my mind busy on driving and otherwise I forgotten to call the store and inform them I wouldn't be back in. ( SORRY sweet employees who had to deal with my overflowing cart, and to the amazing clothes I had almost scored but with a no return policy really needed to try on before purchasing ??) But next time I'll be prepared I promise me that. Lol
