Went there to get medication because I had pneumonia. The pharmacist did not have it in. Wouldn't be in for 2 to 3 days. I asked for a transfer to another pharmacy and he told me to get out, still do not have the medication. It's been 4 days Will never go to Walgreens again for anything, and the manager of the store try to give me a $10 gift card. What a joke. I wanted my medicine not a gift card, The poorest customer service I've ever received and if I could have gave you a zero I would have and the store is a mess, when I got to the store the worker was out front. Smoking cigarettes went to the pharmacy drive-thru and it was closed. Had a sign said come in, and this is what they call customer service. And if I could have put pictures on here I would have. I worked in a pharmacy and front end for 15 year and I would never treat anyone like this. Do better Walgreens

Always something with them! Always a problem with a prescription and they don't refill them for u unless u call and stay on them. They never have insulin in stocks and never want to solve the issue for u! They tell u to call your doctor or insurance or whatever and call them back and it was always something simple that was wrong that they should have already known!!

The store employees are nice and friendly, store is clean, the pharmacy is a whole different story. Medications are never in stock and pharmacists are supposed to be helpful. The pharmacist 9/16-9/17 2023 was rude and unpleasant to talk to! 15 to 20 minutes on hold three times (I understand they may be busy) but to also have the phone hung up on you is not professional. Then to be told after all that...the fourth call, to "call other Walgreens Pharmacies and find out if they have the medication yourself!". The pharmacist's at this Walgreens are stressed and taking it out on people they're there to help! Please don't take a profession that your heart isn't into.

First, I went to the Walgreens off Stringtown looking for specific detergents that was on sale and didn't see anymore on the shelf so I asked the cashier and she asked another staff near by for assistance and that lady just said "whats out on the floor, is out in the floor" she didn't seem interested in helping me at all!! so I came to this location and a very attentive and friendly female staff was able to help me!!! She deserves more than five stars for going out her way to the back to check and grab them for me!! Thanks again if she ever reads this, i didn't catch a name!

The staff at the front of the store are outstanding, going to the back of the store for me when I realized that I forgot something. (Too tired to go back myself.) And the pharmaceutical people are great too, ordering special items for me. The pharmacist kept his cool even though their air conditioner had quit that morning!

I had to come in for a vacine on April 18th and for some technical dificulteis they could not charge the bill to my insurance. They then called me the next day and took care of the problem in a better way I could have ever imagined. Amazing customer service and accountability! I will for sure return every time I ever need a pharmacy for the way they handled this situation. I was really in awe.
