Horrible costume service I called on Tuesday to make sure my prescriptions were ready. They told me they were so I went Wednesday to pick them up and they were not ready. This seems to Happen all the time. One of My prescriptions was sent to the doctors for a refill. My doctor’s office approved it, but Walgreens told me they didn’t so I called my doctors office. They had me on hold while my doctors office called Walgreens so Walgreens kept putting A doctors office on hold answering the phone, putting them on hold answering and doing it again until they went on break the woman from my doctor’s office said they usually don’t do that to a doctors office, but Walgreens must obviously do this. So I never got my situation resolved.

I don’t shop here often but I do want to compliment Leea who was very helpful with printing a large photo of my deceased father. She helped us find a poster board to put the photo on and she helped us cut it to fit. I really appreciate employees like her. Thank you Leea.

This pharmacy is a joke. I’m too mad to describe how horrible all of my experiences have been. The pharmacist is RUDE and can not admit when HE makes a mistake. Trying to blame me for taking more of my medicine than I have. When he already filled the perception WRONG twice.and the latest this pharmacy is open is 7:00 pm IF you are lucky. Run far away, this place is trash.

It’s a shame. I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for years. Lately things have gone down hill. For example, I submitted two prescriptions a week ago, apparently they didn’t have enough time to fill both.

I rarely write reviews but the service with this pharmacy has been dreadful for a long time. The wait time, whether inside or the drive through, is atrocious. The drive through has been a problem for some time, and on many visits there it was completely closed down due to "insufficient staffing". Tried calling today to receive clarification several times and received a busy tone each time. A busy tone in this day and age is unacceptable, it should at least go to voicemail. Unsure exactly what the problems are but the service with this pharmacy is dreadful....

The check out clerk, Dakota, was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This person did not demonstrate any customer service skills. Terrible service. This needs to improve.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and not one word from the 4 people working behind the counter. I was the only one there. I couldn’t wait any longer as I was going to my grandmothers funeral. It would have been nice to be acknowledged.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy department of any Walgreens I’ve visited. Disfuction & incompetence is the order of the day, not comparable to New Albany Walgreens will never ever make the mistake of coming here ever again just horrible!!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and the ppl inside never even bothered to come to the window. Just kept walking past and looking at me. No it was not lunch hour.
