I rarely write reviews but the service with this pharmacy has been dreadful for a long time. The wait time, whether inside or the drive through, is atrocious. The drive through has been a problem for some time, and on many visits there it was completely closed down due to "insufficient staffing". Tried calling today to receive clarification several times and received a busy tone each time. A busy tone in this day and age is unacceptable, it should at least go to voicemail. Unsure exactly what the problems are but the service with this pharmacy is dreadful....

The check out clerk, Dakota, was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This person did not demonstrate any customer service skills. Terrible service. This needs to improve.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and not one word from the 4 people working behind the counter. I was the only one there. I couldn’t wait any longer as I was going to my grandmothers funeral. It would have been nice to be acknowledged.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy department of any Walgreens I’ve visited. Disfuction & incompetence is the order of the day, not comparable to New Albany Walgreens will never ever make the mistake of coming here ever again just horrible!!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and the ppl inside never even bothered to come to the window. Just kept walking past and looking at me. No it was not lunch hour.

Used to be a top notched pharmacy but has drastically fallen off. Pharmacist is never on duty, lines are forever long, and meds take for ever to be ready. I would hate to have a life saving med being prescribed at this store. Wishing for the old days of the regular pharmacists and techs who knew you by name and cared about their customers. We have switched to Meijer Pharmacy and they have been awesome!

This used to be great. Now the blonde pharmacist who is there is extremely rude. They shut off call in options, I was the only person, numerous times, in the drive up and sat for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement when 5 people were working there. The only way to speak to someone is to go in and wait it out or hit the prescriber option on call because no one will respond. The previous pharmacist and Nic ran this very well current staff has been horrendous. They are often closed because the pharmacist leaves early or is a no show. Go elsewhere!

Today I sat in the drive-thru for over 26 minutes (used stop watch). There were two cars in front of me. When finally at the window I was told not all meds were ready (they notified they were ready and we called to confirm). I explained that meds are usually picked up on Friday, but I waited until today to make sure they were ready, being this happens all the time. Lady at window said they has hundreds of scripts to fill, that she did not have time for me, and I would have to come back later to get them all. Being they don't have time for me, I will find another place to get meds that does have time.

Difficult if not impossible to reach anyone in pharmacy. Pharmacy app is unreliable. When there in person, there is a LOT of confusion. They need more help.

The staff is always friendly but the store is showing age. Overall if you need something quick, this is a good place to stop.

Marisa who works at the pharmacy was so cordial and nice to me when wanting to fill a prescription. I really recommend their pharmacy!

I feel like no one communicates with me besides their robo call thing which is normally wrong. By the time I can call and ask, my doctors are closed and it's a weekend so I'm out of luck for at the very least 3 days. I get prescriptions just being out of stock happens but no one tells me anything until I find out myself when it's too late. This has happened twice now. Before their system erased my prescription completely (on another weekend) and my doctors had to send it again. I'm just really frustrated. It's been a really bad week and this just makes it worse. Another thing to worry about and wait on.

On hold for an hour to talk to the pharmacy only for them to hang up on me when it was my turn. Called the store and talked to an associate, I just got put back into the same queue to wait another hour again.

Pharmacist Nick is the coolest human to exist. His customer service skills were 6/5, absolutely phenomenal! He helped us fill a prescription and even added a discount, and answered all of our questions with poise. He went above and beyond. I’m not even the type to write reviews, but felt I needed to in this instance. Thank you Nick, may your days be filled with happiness!

The Pharmacy is a disaster. Frequently have medications out of stock that take a week and frequent calls to get them in and then filled. Have had medication delayed and, when I called and talked to different people, received three different answers as to why it was delayed, which happened on multiple refills. They've repeatedly deleted my coupons in the system, causing me to have to pay full price, and then miraculously found the coupon on the next visit. It's a trainwreck.
