Like many Walgreens pharmacies, this location makes picking up your prescription (especially a schedule 2) very difficult and unpredictable. This morning I spoke to a particularly rude woman who yelled over me, and then lied and said my medication was out of stock and being delivered later today. When I politely challenged this (I was told Saturday afternoon it would be ready Monday morning), she went and asked and sure enough it was in stock. Then she told me it would be ready “sometime today”. I don’t blame the staff that the pharmacy is now closed on Sundays, but it makes things really hard for patients with medications that have strict fill dates. If this is you, I wouldn’t choose this pharmacy. Not to mention, this location is ALWAYS behind. Both Walgreens in my area have recently closed on Sundays. Once my last refill is over, I’ll be heading over to CVS.

Scheduled a covid tests for my kids a week ago and they called me the night before the test date to tell me they cancelled them because their drive through is broken. Seriously? This is my second Walgreens pharmacy disappointment in a row. Never again.

I came to this location to get my Covid-19 booster and had the wrong date for my appointment but they were able to get me in anyways. The workers behind the counter at the pharmacy were wonderful and extremely helpful. The rest of the store seems to be clean and the rest of the workers seem helpful as well!

Quick and easy curbside pickup. The order was ready in a timely fashion and there was plenty of convenient parking in the lot. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Manager refused to give the price tag they had on their Vicks cold and flu. Her own employee even checked and verified the price was right. Manager then checked and refused and said the price was wrong. Target and Kroger all have it for nearly 60% cheaper. I won't shop here. Everything is overpriced. White trash greens should be the name.

Pharmacy had 2 nice and one mean person. Had vaccine appointment, form done before arrival, 20 min early check in. After Susan called 2 people who filled out form AFTER me I asked if they had my paperwork. Susan said loud and tersely " I have not gotten to you yet. Obviously right? After a 35 min wait, and 3 people who were behind me getting shots...I got my shot. Of the three people ahead of me none of them have their paperwork filled out advance, I did in per the website and common sense when your paperwork all filled out in advance and you turn it in first you're supposed to be first come first serve. In addition my appointment was scheduled before any of the others but very clearly my paperwork was sitting there ready to go 10 minutes before any of the people who went ahead of me. No point in having a system if you're not gonna use the system. Go to the one on Tremont Blvd. they have much better operational staff.

Just here for a forewarning. I had recently received healthcare from their clinic and was told I had to have test sent into the lab. I was informed the tests would be no more than $300. Being a student, that was already pushing it but I needed help, so I agreed. Three months later, I received a $900 bill for a single test...on top of another $300 for another test, prescription, and visit fee. So just be cautious. Seems like the physician is not aware of the pricing that is really happening. Very disappointed and highly indebted now.

I'm a fan of Walgreens. Frankly, I like a good drug store. Perhaps it's because I grew up hitting Shoppers Drug Mart to get everything from school supplies to snacks. I find that Walgreens is SDM, but on an entirely kicked-up level. I tend to hit Walgreens to get candy and chocolate to bring home with me. It's perfect to share with colleagues and friends. I got white chocolate Reese's peanut butter cups. There was a sale happening where you can get two bags for $3. I got four bags. Two were these cups. The other two were assorted Hershey's chocolates. Let's just say that my team at work inhaled both bags that I had brought in (the cups and the assorted chocolates). They were that yummy. I loved the section of books that featured the history of Columbus. I stood there reading one of them. Perhaps I should have bought it. It was a good read. Ever since my trip to Charlotte and visiting a Walgreens there, I have a thing for Squishmallows. I saw the cutest festive penguin one that you can hook to your purse and got it. It was only $3. I got to the register to pay. I got a nice guy helping me with my purchases. I got my Walgreens rewards card scanned, paid with a credit card, and walked out happy with my purchases. This Walgreens has everything. I marvelled at the decent beer varieties. There's Shiner Bock, which I first consumed in Dallas roughly a decade ago. I also loved the Atari gaming console. I already have it and the original, but it made me happy seeing it. (411)

This is my go to Walgreens since it is so close to me! I don't typically come to buy much, usually just self care type stuff. Their photo center is really why I'm here most times. They say that it takes 2-3 weeks sometimes to get your film developed, but they've done it in a week. They're usually pretty nice as well! Greeting you as you enter, smiley at the photo counter, etc. It's never busy when I'm here. Usually at odd times during the day or around lunchtime on a weekend.

I come to this pharmacy several times a month to fill prescriptions so the pharmacy techs and I have pretty regular interaction. In my experience, the entire pharmacy staff has been incredibly friendly and professional, and go out of their way to help me with things I need as it relates to my prescriptions. Ms. Gloria is one of my favorite techs; she's always friendly and personable, asks me how I'm doing and how my family is doing. Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, usually within 15-20 minutes, but often quicker than even that, which is incredibly helpful as a busy mom, student, and business owner. I recently brought my entire family in for their flu shots, and the registration process took - what I felt to be - an excessive amount of time, but there were several of us getting flu shots at one time. Ironically, the shot itself was the least painful part of the whole experience. To put that into context, I'm genuinely saying the flu shot itself was the least painful flu shot I have ever experienced. I hate needles, so for this to be my experience, says a lot about either the type of needles the clinic inside Walgreens uses or the experience of the CNP who was working. Even my oldest daughter - who gets her fear of needles from her mother - was pleasantly surprised by the lack of pain inflicted by the piercing of the needle. Either way, I this will likely be my go-to place for future flu shots if I have a second experience similar to the first.

Tommy gave me terrible customer service. I'm not sure if his treatment towards me was racially motivated or not, but I was very upset. I am a doctoral student, and was doing laundry in my complex. I asked him if he would be able to give me quarters for cash back. He said that he would be able to give me $2 or $5. I asked him to clarify and he said he would give me $5 in quarters, the rest in dollars. When I arrived at the counter to check out, he said that he asked and that he was only able to give me $2 per policy, and that he didn't want to get in trouble because I'm "asking for change," as if cash back is some how not my own money. I left the store with no disturbance, went .3 miles to CVS and received excellent customer service, and accommodated my request for quarters. Walgreens will never have a dime of my hard earn money again.
