Walgreens had started using basically an overfill pharmacy that's supposed to be better for everybody but it's just more convenient for the pharmacy to tell you that you have to wait till they come from the other place, and in some cases you're without meds for a couple days even when requesting them in plenty of time...

On their website, it says they offer Covid/Flu test services. So we scheduled our appointment..once there they let us know that they do not have the material/equipment to meet the service…inventory management issues…

My doctor sent over my prescription to Walgreens at 2150 E Dublin Granville Rd, my sister drove me after surgery to Walgreens. The pharmacy said they received my prescription and it would be filled and ready in two hours. Two hours later I called & they said YES, it is ready. I told my sister I would drive myself so she didn't have to drive back all the way from Delaware. I drove, having horrible pain from surgery. I got there. After waiting in line, I was told it was ready but they just had to run it thru my insurance. After another 15 min they then called me up to the counter to tell me they don't even have the medication. I now have to leave and go to Krogers or CVS. I cried. I wS in do much pain. Now I have to call my doctor and start all over & have them call in again to a different pharmacy. All I got was I'm sorry from Walgreens. I will never go there again. This was my first time using their pharmacy.

Bad customer service 4890 N High StColumbus, OH 43214While out for a walk, I saw the sign about Flu Shots with the words "Ask Inside" on it. So I did just that. The representative at the Consultation pharmacy counter looked up at me with annoyance and informed me that I need to book an appointment. "Ok, let's do that," I say. He then tells me "online only" again with irritation. Why have a sign that says "Ask Inside" when customers will be met with irritable employees who simply snap at you to go online?

This branch has excellent staff. They get to know their customers and are always professional and kind. I pick up all my medications here even though some would be cheaper elsewhere. The managers, Kelly for example, go out of their way to get your prescriptions done quickly with no errors. Kyle is the most personable young man, he helped me with an issue I was having with my doctors office not doing their part when it came to my new insurance

I switched to Walgreens, specifically this location, as it's incredibly close to my house. It's clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly. They have a little bit of anything you could want from a pharmacy/shoppette including cosmetics, snacks, toys, pet care and toys, candy, and drinks. They also have a small freezer section, which doesn't have a ton of variety, but if you want a pizza and a pint of Ben and Jerry's, they've got you covered.

Everyone there is nice, and you can find someone easily for help with something. And they have a public restroom. Their pharmacy staff is really informative too which I appreciate and there's a drive through in the back of the building where you'd exit onto Morse rd
