đ Warning Alert đ To Walgreens corporate office since customer service complaints are NOT ADDRESSED. This location is allowed to put customers health and wellness on Jeopardy. Employees not wanting to come and do there job. Not filling prescriptions in a timely manner and not get the information correct and not getting delivery as stated puts a persons health at serious risk. Employees understand the risk that customers are being put in by intentional incompetence. I have filed complaints and grievances on this location with the state yet corporate still allows this location to put customers at risk. This location is run like a McDonald's drive through children behind the counter and your prescription may or may not be right. If you don't need your prescription for a week this is your location. I'll be filing a complaint with the The Ohio Board of Pharmacy due not just to this issue, but concerning their pharmacy technician and pharmacist .Please call your insurance provider and file complaints or grievances for this location. Paperwork can't be ignored .

I get SO sick of this pharmacy not having my meds in stock. It hasn't happened just once or twice but A LOT of times. It's numerous prescriptions. I can understand at times not having a medication but it happens all the time here. Twice I have had a prescription sent somewhere else because of them not having it in stock. Then it's sometimes 3 days that you have to wait. I was just sick with an illness and really wanted the medication to get better then Boom, "we have to order it". I just get tired of it. I may switch pharmacies. I only started going here because it is a preferred pharmacy with my insurance and it was close to where I live.

DO NOT USE the Walgreens at E. Livingston and S. James for getting a digital passport photo!
I went there to have my passport photo taken. I specifically asked for the digital photo and was told it would be emailed to me. When I received the photo via email, it was not cropped at all. The 2 copies I received in the store were 2x2 showing my face correctly centered. The digital photo I received is the original uncropped image that shows most of my body, the screen, and the chairs and desk in the photo area.
When I called the store to get help so that I could have the correct photo for processing my passport application online, I spoke with Emily who said she would crop the image and resend it. When the revised image had not arrived after half an hour, I called the store again multiple times. First, the sales person set the phone down and for 8 minutes all I heard was him ringing up sales. I called back and was disconnected by the automated system. I called again and was disconnected by a female after asking to speak with Emily. So, I had to drive to the store.
There I was told that the image sent via email would still be uncropped, which is NOT a photo ready to submit with a passport application. I was told there is nothing the store could do to give me a usable image. I went to Walgreens because I do not know how to edit a photo to make sure it is 2x2 with my face correctly centered. I did not get what I paid for and received horrible customer service.

The doctor at the pharmacy, I think she's African, she's very rude. The two times I went she didn't answer my questions that were very easy to answer and she didn't want to help me. I'm sorry but it looks like she doesn't love her job...

Went there to buy DayQuil on the Shelf it said 1999 at the register came to 3659 absolutely ridiculous let me set up an account so I can use my phone number for the discount Walgreens is a completely trash establishment whose prices are more than double of Kroger's

Iâm on day 3 waiting on my refill with the pharmacy. Some people have daily medication that needs to be taken and shouldnât have to pay a high medical bill to be seen in the ER all because their pharmacy doesnât have their medication ready. Then when I called after 24hrs to see when itâll be ready, Walgreens said the pharmacy closed early that day, hmmm⌠so I called the following day and the pharmacy said itâs because theyâre backed up thatâs why it isnât ready(that was day 2 & it still wasnât ready) But if theyâre backed up why in the world will the pharmacy be closed early the day before instead of employees working until closing so folks can get their medication thatâs needed . Today we are day 3 and Iâm curious to hear the excuse now, it may be time for a new pharmacy . Iâve been in severe pain for 3 days due to issues within the pharmacy and how unfair is that when the pharmacy is supposed to be open but theyâre closing early so their employees can go home?

Very bad attention, it seems that the workers do not even want to stand up when they are sitting. You want photos, there is no camera, you want FedEx, there is no tape, there is nothing and no desire to work.

I'm from Toledo. visit family in Columbus and stopped at this Walgreens my debit card declined at checkout. and I ended up using cash OMG bad .Thank God they had a save a lot across the street to check my card and it was approved.

To load money on MY CashApp card the cashier demanded an ID. I have never had this issue before and have no clue why this would be needed to add money to my card. She then said "well you're not loading money here then" Very rude and unprofessional

I usually don't use Walgreens for my Rx. I like the customer service I received today. I only wish I could utilize their services more than I already do. I'll be back.
