I have been a faithful Walgreens customer since Walgreens first came to Columbus Ohio. Walgreens is my favorite store. But the Walgreens on Demorest Road and Clime Rd. Is absolutely the worst!!!!! They never have your medication in stock. When you already don’t feel good! They are extremely rude and worried about irrelevant things! The black lady that works in there, each and every time she asked me how to pronounce my name. How to pronounce my name is irrelevant dear. Only thing you need to be concerned about is filling my prescription that I’m paying for. I definitely will not be going back to Walgreens on Demorest and Clime Road!!!! I will stick to Walgreens on West Broad Street moving forward .

Today makes the 5th time in 1 month I have went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is closed during their business hours. I went at 6:30p. And big sign NO PHARMACIST ON SITE. This is unacceptable. If you cant staff than shut down. When someone looks on line shows they are available, you walk in the cold to find it's not true. My father needed a prescription a few weeks back for a bad spider bite. His doctor called it in. Because no one in your office was available, and doctor had went home for the day he had to wait an entire 24 hours to get his medicine. That was ridiculous. Walgreens use to b the best it had declined over the last year. Now we have to seek another provider. Also the location at demorest rd and Cline have the rudest employees.

Not very happy with the pharmacy. Been waiting almost 2 days for my antibiotics to be ready and now the pharmacy is temporarily closed, thankfully I was able to transfer it to another Walgreens but now I have to pay out of pocket for it since they ran my insurance but never filled my prescription.

I've been going here for 10 years, I've never seen anyone more unprofessional in my life as Linda in the pharmacy. Management does not seem to care about her actions towards customers. I will not be returning to this store. I will be contacting corporate offices on this woman.

This is so crazy I got off work and went to get my medicine, and they only had 2 days' worth. And to come back today, I turned around to call today, and they are temporarily closed. What's going on this crazy.

This morning I went into the store to purchase some polygrip. Once I arrived to the correct aisle, I started to feel sick. I was next to the pharmacy, so I asked the young girl where the restroom was located. She was very friendly. But unfortunately, a taller slender pharmacy associate walks up very rude, tells me that the restroom can only be used with permission, and the person who gives permission is unavailable.
What kind of retail store does this?
If a store does not have a public restroom, that's all well and fine. But the rudeness and unprofessional attitude from that one employee will keep me from ever going back into this location!

Store says it close at 10pm but they closed at 9pm. They should update their online hours.

Went to the pharmacy today, white female lady in pharmacy department completely rude and attitude sucks. Asked about medication status she said it’ll be 30 mins and they will call when ready. Left and never heard back then returned to realize they were closed and never got a call for the medication. Unacceptable

For days I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone and all they do is put me on hold and eventually hang up. The customer service is terrible they are so rude and definitely reaching out to corporate as soon as possible.

absolute worst pharmacy I have ever and I mean ever felt with. my meds were sent over Friday, today is Sunday they should have been ready for pick up, they weren’t !! pharmacist lied and said it’s an insurance issue. Sorry bud not my first trip here, meds still should have been ready for pick up, I offered to pay cash and have my insurance reimburse me, he then said “oh they ain’t filled so I can’t do that” so I call my insurance my meds were paid for by them and they don’t know why the pharmacist would LIE !! Well it’s because no one bothered to fill my meds, I am a high risk pregnancy and needed my meds. thanks a lot Walgreens !! terrible service !!

We all are human and we all make mistakes. I am giving a 5 star because the employees will make things right and also will show respect to customers. We as humans need to know that we can not allow hatred or whatever could be going on in our lives define who we are. We have to speak with care, understanding, love from our hearts, compassion and allow guidance to help eachother. I hope the best for each and every employee here. I hope they all succeed in their career path.

THE WORST PHARMCY...I JUST CALLED THEM 5X I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MIN AND EACH TIME I WAS HUNG UP ON. I WAS TRYING TO MALE SURE THE RX'S THAT WERE CALLED IN FOR MY MOM WHO IS BEING DISCHRGED FROM THE HOSPITAL WERE READY BECAUSE SHE IS IN PAIN THEY CLOWNS DONT WANT TO WORK HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE RUDE AND THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE.
