Old racist blond or gray haired attendant at 6pm 11/18/2024 drive thru was super rude and unhelpful. If you can’t have common decency and respect for costumers do not work in the service industry ESPECIALLY at a freaking pharmacy. She was rude and condescending the whole time. She didn’t even try to find my prescription said I’m not on the system it wasn’t until the pharmacist helped her find it. She was visibly smiling while saying my name because being so close minded and ignorant she found an Arabic name funny. She asked so stupidly if I needed my meds I said loudly yes and she had a problem with that but not her entire unprofessional attitude. I will definitely change where I get my prescription.

Pharmacy attendants are rude and unhelpful. Did their best to avoid helping me. Came early in the day for a prescription sent the day before, said fill time was 1.5 hours (like what?) Came at the end of the day, late due to the late arrival to work from said first visit, called and asked if they would stay open ONE MINUTE late, showed up to everything closed down and a lady behind a computer ignoring my presence. You are there to help sick people, why are you so unkind?

The team at this pharmacy is so careless , did not refill my prescriptions saying I need tot call my provider and they already had my order, I believe they don’t want to make a effort, in general disrespectful, unprofessional, and racist , even the pharmacist was not better than the techs.
I have to fill my prescriptions from different pharmacy , at least I want to feel that I am human and treated as human.
Do not go there, find another one.

Their pharmacy is terrible. There is a rep named Susan in the pharmacy department, she just hates her life and makes your life miserable as well. Every time I go there she act so disrespectful and maybe even racist. I would never ever go this location if it wasn’t just a block away from me.

There is a employee who works here named Jonathan that racially profiled people of color who shops in this store. I am a professional and he treats the European customers with respect and treats the people of color like they are criminals.

Not sure what the poor reviews are about. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had a great experience. The pharmacy was nice, even though they didn’t have my prescription in stock, the guy I talked to was down to earth and sympathetic.They usually have more stock than a lot of the other drug stores around here too. The associates have always been very outgoing and kind. Funny enough, one of the gentlemen that works there has helped me find beauty products more than once lol.

On 3/26/23 at 9:36am we had our Dr. call our prescription to the Walgreens at Kenny/Henderson Rd. We arrived at Walgreens to pick up our prescription and were told very rudely and disrespectfully by Pharmacy manager on duty and technician at the drive thru today at 10am, they didn't have our prescription at all. We called our Dr office immediately and they said; "they are not telling the truth it was called on 3/26/23 at 9:36am both prescriptions. We went back thru the drive thru at Kenny/Henderson Rd Walgreens Pharmacy drive thru they again denied they didn't have it. We told them we just got verification from our Dr office it's here at this location. Then we were told to come back after lunch time to pick it up. We were first in line customers it should have been ready. We then came back to pick up our prescription. I came for my spouse he was very ill and couldn't drive and needed this medicine at 10am today 3/26/23 they made him wait all day in Xtreme pain unacceptable!!!! they had the medicine. I came back for my spouse (I'm female) prescription for my husband was asked last name from drive thru pharmacy technician. She didn't verify date of birth which is always asked and first. Technician said for Elise and was rude when I said no I'm picking for my husband first name again stated and wrong again she said I don't have anything for you and rude again, not friendly or professional. I said yes you do she said oh I had the wrong name thus ask for the date of birth....we finally got our medicine. This is unacceptable service!!!! We just moved to this location. We will never visit this pharmacy again!!!! Our other location we used is Walgreens on Morse and High Street and extremely professional, nice polite, friendly. I highly do not recommend this Walgreens pharmacy location. I have visited many other pharmacies in Columbus Ohio and have never received such awful service like I have at the Walgreens pharmacy at Kenny and Henderson Rd.

Very Poor customer service for the Second time at the pharmacy by the pharmacist lady and other pharmacy staff on Tuesday afternoon. I’ve been a Walgreens customer since last 7 years but the way they treated me today, they have really disappointed and made me review them as 1 star.
