This place is pitiful! Waiting in drive thru for over 10 minutes as I watch 3 people ignore the fact that I'm sitting out here. Noone in the inside line and they're on the computers. Medicines are never ready when promised, this place has went down. Pharmacist walks by the windows 3 times and not once acknowledged the fact that I'm out here. This is my last time dealing with this place, I'll take the 20 minute ride to Giant Eagle before I continue to be treated this way ever again.

The worst pharmacy when you're in need. They can call you to come pick up your medications just for you to show up and then you get told 'oops your meds are not ready' or hold on to your prescription till it expires and turn around asks you to call your doctor for a new one.

Every time i have to refill my prescription I’m on hold for over an hour. I can’t refill my prescription through the portal because it’s a controlled substance. I shouldn’t have to put up with this to get my ADHD medicine

This is not a good store to shop in or get prescriptions from. I was trying to get a job there back in April 2024 and the Latino manager that was working there was very prejudice despite I've been a customer there for a long time and the items are expensive. I was confronted by the manager and he said he heard some he said she said nonsense and asked me to go. The African American female pharmacist back in September was very rude towards me in an open public part of the store about a private manner and publicly told my medical business to mother customers. When I got rude back with her anther African American manager they didn't like it

ZERO STARS!!! Prescriptions never filled in time. Under staffed and have to wait in line for at least 45 mins to an hr. Never a drive thru option. Pharmacy technicians are nice and work very hard. Very bad experience with the pharmacist Nancy. She was rude to another pharmacist who was a customer. Talked very rude to her. She hit me with the door and did not apologize. I have been waiting on the same prescription for at least a wk and still wasnt fully filled. I will not return here. Moving my prescriptions somewhere else. It is disturbing how other customers and myself were treated.

The store is not 24 hours anymore per a printed sign taped to the door. I was looking for gloves and snacks and saw this was the only “24 hour,” Walgreens.

No lie. I got a text that my Rx was ready. At the pharmacy they could not find it. After 15 minutes they informed me that my Rx was in New York. I live in Columbus Ohio! Then they could not fill my Rx because of regulations. I had to call NY myself and wait on the phone to have them canx my order. Then I was able to place the prescription with my pharmacy. I have been a customer at the same Walgreens in Columbus for over 3 years but I think I need to find another pharmacy. Daytime pharmacist is so slow and I think it comes from bad attitude.

I have been asking for my medication since 4 pm and they just tell me to come back and come back and come back and they don't have my son's medicine ready and he has to take it definitively, the cashiers at the pharmacy are very rude, they don't give good service.

Look for shoe inserts in the navag salt pods.
The website said both were in stock. I could not find them going up-and-down the aisles.
Maybe I would miss one item but not both.
I went across the street to c.V s immediately found both items. According to the Website, the salt pods a little more at c.V.S

The pharmacy is a joke. Took them 8 days to fill a very common prescription for me. Also, they were out of my toddlers antibiotics and and kept telling me it wasn't ready instead of communicating honestly so I could transfer and get it filled. I'm sure this location will close soon and be an empty building for years like all the other walgreens in the area.
