Came here to do an online order and the manager was very rude !! Closed the store 5 minutes early and told me to leave the store ! A very sweet young lady tried to let me in and he yelled at her and slammed the door .

Would give a zero if I could. Didn't matter that there were multiple people in line who had been there for 10+ minutes, they closed everything down and left as soon as it turned 6:00

I'm not going to call out any particular individual but in my 50 years on this planet have I ever seen someone so unfit for the role of being a customer facing representative of a company. Go to the CVS down the street instead of Walgreens.

These folks in the pharmacy do a lot with very little. Staffing is so hard in this area and they could definitely use more help. However everyone works super hard and keeps their cool. Ryan is a rock star and is the reason we continue to be loyal here. Dude deserves any raise they can give. Thank you to my Walgreens friends. I appreciate your hard work.

This has become the worst pharmacy in the Polaris area. On top of their limited hours and random closings, now you cannot reach them on the phone, even to get your prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. Stay far away from this location.

The employee came outside far before 11 pm to notify me that the store was closed, even though there was still plenty of time for him to do his job and serve a loyal Walgreens customer. Sad thing is I didn't even have to shop or anything. Just needed to load some cash to my chime account. Employee was a white male with long dark hair and glasses. Pathetic excuse for customer service, sorry example of a representative for such a good company.

They really don't deserve 1 star. I am on a maintenance medication which I must call to refill every 30 days. Every month Walgreens has a problem with this prescription renewal. First of all calling is super annoying because I must speak with their pharmacy and that requires saying “speak to pharmacy” at least 4 times while you listen to their message over and over. I have asked how we could streamline this process but they tell me their system is antiquated and nothing can be done about it.
I called on July 3rd to reorder my medication. It takes 10 minutes to get someone which I understand, many companies are still understaffed. But I had to wait additional 10 minutes while the pharmacy person checked to make sure they had my Rx in stock. Finally, they say the Rx will be ready later in the day. When I go to pick it up I am told they don’t have the medication in stock!
Now the medication will be ordered and ready on Friday evening. Friday evening comes, I go to pick it up and they don’t have it. The person I spent 10 minutes with on Wednesday, who promised to order it, “FORGOT”. Now it will not be available until later in the day on Monday. On Monday afternoon I call, after another almost 10 minutes on hold, the phone is answered. I state why I am calling and I hear them ask someone “what do you want me to tell her, that we are waiting for her doctor?” and then they either hung up on me or the call dropped. After waiting several minutes for a call back which never came, my husband went to the pharmacy and waited while they filled my prescription.
Today I got a text message stating they are waiting for my doctor to refill another prescription. The problem is I have told them at least 4 times that I do not want that medication and not to fill it. Now they are bothering my doctor unnecessarily. I WILL NEVER WALK IN ONE OF THEIR STORES EVER AGAIN.

These people never answer the phone, I was looking for prima tene tablets because of an asthma emergency. If your life depended on these people you would die, they continuously put you on hold. What a bad pharmacy why do you exist???

Everyone at the pharmacy here is great. However Alex is a rock star! Not omly does she try to go above and beyond consistently but she’s knowledgeable and proactive. An absolute superstar, give her a huge raise!. Thank you!!!

The pharmacy has gone downhill over the past 6 months. Late in filling scripts, closed for no reason and extremely short handed.
