These people never answer the phone, I was looking for prima tene tablets because of an asthma emergency. If your life depended on these people you would die, they continuously put you on hold. What a bad pharmacy why do you exist???

The pharmacy has gone downhill over the past 6 months. Late in filling scripts, closed for no reason and extremely short handed.

The customer service, especially from this uncommunicative employee was incredibly poor. During a return process, the unresponsive employee provided no verbal assistance, merely pointing to on-screen prompts. He was very slow at working, as if he did not want to be there. He also dropped my change onto my hand. On top of everything, he gave me a cold stare the entire time. The experience was unpleasant, and improvement is needed.

Prescriptions take too long to refill. Ordered an Rx for delivery and had to pickup two days later.

I went here to take passport size photos, and it was the worst experience ever. I have never taken such a worst photo, that too a passport size photo. I never knew that even this photos can be taken and given this bad. They were blurred in the print out and digital copy was more worse. Such a bad experience ever because they cost me 50$. Whats wrong in providing quality photos when you are costing that much. Such a disappointing experience.

I went to pick up my pictures that I ordered and got confirmation they were ready to be picked up but the photo area says it’s closed. it’s very frustrating and no one working told me anything or let me get my photos even though they are already printed. I don’t need these photos tomorrow i paid for my photos today and it’s just so disappointing

I was haveing a small family health emergency and the pharmacy clerk was very helpful and willing to help me even though they hadn't opened yet. I very much appreciate this as it helped a lot!

This is a terrible Walgreens - poorly managed and no one seems to care about their job or other people. I had medication (that needs to be refrigerated) shipped to this location multiple times, because I'm not home during the day to sign for it. Every time I've gone to pick it up, it is in the regular FedEx pick up location, and not in the back cooler. The shipping box clearly says that it needs to be refrigerated. This ruins the medication and cost time and money to get another shipment. I've told this to Walgreens multiple times, and it never gets fixed. No apology and no correction.

I went to the pharmacy and asked to speak to the pharmacist. I said, "Hey you gave me the wrong prescription. There's a note in the system that explains that I am to receive the Actavis brand only because the other brand gives me headaches and is not effective for me." The Pharmacist Ryan began to taunt me. He explained, " I didn't give you the wrong prescription, I didn't even see you yesterday. I haven't seen you in my whole life." I said to Ryan, "You are the pharmacist and you are in charge of filling the prescriptions, therefore you didn't take time to read the notes in the system regarding my reaction to the brand of medication." He got upset took the pills, and cancelled my prescriptions in the Walgreens system. He did not help me find my prescription with another Walgreens and then called me names under his breath. He said call your doctor for another prescription because I wont be helping you. Ryan was unethical, did not perform his due diligence and will be reported to State Board.

It took one phone call the day before, and two physical visits the day of, to get my script to “in-process” status.On my second physical visit, the lady told me she had to check with the pharmacist to see if they could fill it. After all the time I put in to make sure they knew they had my script and I wanted it on a specific date. Talk about feeling like nobody listens to you when you speak.She came back and said they could fill it but it wouldn't be ready until after 2pm. Great... Then I go home and see on the app that it won't be ready until 6 pm. Thanks, Walgreens ?
