Night time customer service is horrible.. Me and 2 other customers stood by the razor station. Not only did we approach the register and ask for help. That was almost a full 12 minutes of waiting. So we decided to yell out as if our own mouse were the inner calm still no response... So that's one sale that did not happen. And there were plenty of people available for assistance

I asked a worker if he could unlock a cabinet for me, and he said he'd call someone. 10 minutes later, no one showed up. I asked another worker and the same thing happened. I then asked a worker by the name of Logan and he went out of his way to help me out. Thank you, Logan! I appreciate the service.

I love my pharmacist at this location. She is funny and easy to talk to. I got my other 2 shots here and came in to get my 3rd Moderna shot. Stood in line for a good long time only to be told to make an appointment. I told her that I stood out there for 15 minutes waiting (they were busy) and they should have a sign or something up. The clerk got ridiculously rude and asked "where I stood?" and if I had called they would have told me. My other 2 shots I was able to just walk in. As your standing in the parking lot the announcements say from 11- whatever come and get your shot... There was absolutely zero reason to believe that I was waiting on her for so long for nothing. There was a person coughing on me the whole time. I should have left but wanted the booster after hearing how necessary it is.Between the holidays and dealing with a friend passing yesterday from this virus, her hatefulness was definitely not appreciated. No one has ever gotten nasty like that before and I'm in there weekly. No one has ever gotten nasty like that before and this is the south end, everyone is hate filled here. There was no reason for her to add such rude negativity to my day on top of everything else. Even though I love my pharmacist, I will have to make sure that this disgusting person is not there if I need her. And that's ridiculous.

I went today and the service is awful, I asked to one employee can you do me a favor? and she respond not really, can you believe it? Find an spot in the parking lot is a miracle, a lot of shelves empty. And the problem is not to buy is pay omg !

I was picking up a prescription next door and having money transferred...Walmart's policy is that they can get you money within ten minutes... Clerk at service desk was standing around doing nothing and told me they had no one trained to do money transfer...Called for manager, also not trained for money transfer...Was told no one in store would be back till 2 by manager "Norma"...Had to drive back to route 23 to get money transferred...Walmart corporate told me this was insane and not against their policyLocation is rundown and dirty and the parking lot is scary and filled with broken bottles and trash and holes...Half the staff werent wearing masks and the others had them on their chins...Most of staff was on their phones...They also had no functioning public bathroom at the time and had a sign telling you to go back to the back of the store where the employees go...EEEEK!Avoid
